This modern 3‑bedroom, 2‑bath home is tucked into one of Houston’s most peaceful residential pockets, just minutes from West University, Rice Village, and the Medical Center. Lounge & Living Areas:
Unwind in the cozy lounge area, complete with comfortable seating and a calm, inviting ambiance. It’s the perfect spot to relax after a day exploring Houston. Work‑Friendly Spaces:
Multiple desk areas are available throughout the home, giving you the flexibility to work, study, or take calls in a quiet, dedicated space.

Guests will enjoy secure, keyless entry through a smart lock at the private front entrance, no need to worry about keys!
Guests will have access to 2 driveway parking spaces and street parking is available as well. Gate does not open - Gate door available.

**House Rules**
No parties, only small get togethers of max amount of guests permitted.
We strive to provide a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests, as well as for our neighbors. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during quiet hours (typically 10 PM to 7 AM).
Noise Complaints or Law Enforcement: If law enforcement (police) is called to the property due to noise disturbances or if neighbors report disruptive behavior, a fine of up to $500 will be imposed.

Important: To protect our properties and ensure compliance with short-term rental regulations, completing our independent verification process is mandatory after booking.
Required Next Steps: After your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted via email and/or text to complete identity verification. This step is required and must be completed before your stay.
You will also be required to choose between two damage protection options: either pay a $500 refundable damage waiver or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.
No Smoking: Only outside, and you must clean after yourself.
Pet Policy: No pets
Noise Policy: Observe quiet hours past 10 pm.
