4TH FLOOR
• Bar: Fully stocked, beverage/wine refrigerator, glasses.
• Rooftop Area: Outdoor seating area, perfect for enjoying the Houston sunshine or relaxing with a partial skyline view of the city. The space features cozy outdoor seating, a dining area with option for a shade under the umbrella, ambient string lights, and lush greenery for privacy. BBQ grill and utensils are available for those who enjoy cooking outside!

Street Parking: Free street parking on the side of the street adjacent to the house.

- Our home is a 4-story home without an elevator. Two out of four bedrooms are on the third floor (master bedroom and 3rd bedroom). We want to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, so please consider this information when booking.
- Early check-in and late check-out can be available upon request for an additional fee of $100/hour until 12 pm depending on availability and current bookings.
- Please let us know prior to check-in if you would like to have the air mattress set up for your stay. It will be made available only upon request.
