The Chloe: Conveniently located in Houston’s Energy Corridor. This stylish home features 3 Bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms w/King Bed in primary, and Queen beds in the secondary bedrooms. 2 Full Bathroom, WiFi, 2X72’ Smart TVs, Full Size washer & dryer, coffee bar and fully stocked kitchen. It’s definitely perfect for group trips or singles.

The Space:
The primary bedroom has a King Size bed w/72’ Smart TV and ensuite bathroom, secondary bedrooms have Queen Size bed w/shared bathroom.

No cable TV or dish, Smart TVs w/access to streaming apps (please bring your logins)

Home is located next to a main thoroughfare; not ideal for light sleepers sensitive to noise.

Kitchen basic cooking utensils, pots, pans, cups, dishes, forks and spoons. No additional cooking condiments provided.

Exceptional Stay

We absolutely loved this home. The décor was outstanding. The home was immaculate. Yvonne was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was very responsive and gave great recommendations. We could not be happier with our stay. We would definitely recommend this property. Thank you Yvonne for your hospitality!

Love , love LOVED it!

We enjoyed it so much, everything was clean and the decorations were beautiful. Kitchen was fully stocked. Everything was . They supplied little stuff like razors and little stuff u may forget! Made us feel at home. Most definitely would stay again.

Perfect getaway!

Yvonne was such an excellent host. The property was lovely and very conveniently close to anything and everything to do in the area. I forgot a few toiletries but our host was so sweet to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend and cannot wait to go back.

Great location, super clean house

Location is great, house is recently remodeled and super clean. I even felt comfortable walking in the house barefoot - which shows you just how clean the house is. Check in/out was easy and convenient. No crazy 'asks' upon checkout - greatly appreciated. Pet friendly home with a large backyard made our stay even easier. I had a few questions for the owner after check in and received extremely fast and friendly responses - which is always a plus. Would definitely recommend to a friend and would stay again.

Nice decor-NOTHING MORE!

Upon arrival at this property, the first thing noticed was a dented, damaged garage. I immediately messaged Yvonne, and she informed me that she’d been made aware of the issue. Being as though someone could crawl under the damaged garage door, we used paint cans found in the garage and a mop and broom to block the doors entering the home as repairs were not made until the FOLLOWING day! This is when Yvonne, the property owner arranged for technicians to arrive at the home midday, without getting clarification from me on an appropriate time. They worked for approximately FOUR hours and we’re made to stay there the ENTIRE time they were there! This caused us to have to cancel our day’s plans to accommodate HER technicians! She stated to me that my family could have rescheduled our plans and gone later that day after her technicians were done. THE NERVE! One of the amenities was a community pool. We intended to swim on the evening of arrival. BUT…..I was not informed that I would need an access key for entry. The swimmers at the pool had to inform me! She left NO directives for check in or check out! So I messaged the property owner AGAIN , to inquire about the access key, she responded it was in the kitchen drawer. WELL guess what? NO ACCESS KEY!! I AGAIN had to message this lady! I didn’t get an access key until the FOLLOWING day! She told me she lived in downtown Houston and she’d have to go to Sugar Land and pick up the access key, and THEN show up on my side to drop it off! Welp after about 2-3 hours, someone decided to drop it off. We lost out on a day of swimming because of this lady! The location of this property was fine, but the property owner is a complete nightmare! She made it appear as I was the problem, stating that I messaged her “frequently”! What a joke! Being as though our stay was a short three day one, and she ruined two days of it, I did request a 75% refund. She stated that she knew there was a reason that I messaged her frequently (as though I asked to be bombarded with her issues). She gave me $160 back on the $800 reservation. Be careful with this one people! She is a piece of work and VERY SARCASTIC might I add! God forbid anything goes wrong during your stay- she will place all blame on you and make you accommodate her! I will NEVER reserve this property again! Yvonne, moving forward PLEASE do better!

Clean, happy place to relax

Feels like this house had a recent makeover, and it’s beautiful! Loved the neighborhood and backyard space. Both were perfect for walking our pup. The noise from the street nearby can be a lot at times, but overall loved the extra space we had compared to our small city condo. I’m highly sensitive to fragrance, and will say I felt that there were too many plug-ins (one or two per room), and the linens were also laundered with a lot of fragrance.
