This is a four story townhome in the heart of Houston's Museum District. You will be walking distance to most museums, Hermann Park, and the Museum District Metro Rail station. The light rail provides cheap and simple transportation to the Texas Medical Center, NRG stadium and arena, Toyota Center, Minute Maid Park and Houston's midtown and downtown nightlife options.

The first floor features a full bathroom, private bedroom with a queen bed and a small private backyard area.

The second floor is a combo living dining kitchen area, with plenty of space for hanging out. There is a balcony for having your morning coffee or catching a breath of fresh air. The Poggen Pohl kitchen is fully stocked with every tool and most utensils necessary for throwing a great dinner party. We offer a coffee bar featuring Nespresso and fresh beans, as well as small morning and afternoon snacks for when you need something quick to tide you over. We have a huge collection of party games that are actually fun, karaoke for 2, and Roku so that you and your guests always have something fun to do, even if your plans go sideways. The couch converts into a queen sized bed when you need space for 9 to sleep!

The third floor features two private bedrooms (one king and one queen), each with ensuite bathrooms, and our laundry area where you can wash and dry your clothes, and plenty of tools for looking your best for a night out or a day at work.

The fourth floor features a roof deck with great views, mini golf, a projector, plus a mini fridge and freezer so you don’t have to head downstairs for an extra drink or more ice.

We also offer free garage parking for 1 car, as well as Tesla EV charging!
