The space
Spacious, Comfy, Clean and a plethora of amenities you will absolutely love!

Semi Gated community home with balcony seating. Large enough for groups of up to 6. Living Room, Bedrooms, and Media Room all have entertainment options to add to your memorable vacation getaway.

Each bedroom is fitted with Queen size beds, while the living room and media room have futon beds for additional guests

Dining Room with seating for six and counter seating for three. Fully stocked kitchen with all basic needs for preparing and cooking meals. Kitchen includes a coffee bar with a variety of coffees, creamers, and teas.

Full Sized appliances include Washer and Dryer for your comfort during extended stays. Plenty of storage if needed and a dedicated workspace for those on business while traveling.
Guest access
The entire place is three levels and has a main entry door and garage door which only guests booking will have access to. Keypad access at main Porch entry.
Other things to note
Street Parking available for free only steps away from gated entry. Property has parking for 3 vehicles including garage.

Good location, nice property!

It was a quick drive to most places. The neighborhood is up and coming. I would stay here again. Soap in all bathrooms would’ve been nice but overall it did the trick.

Houston trip

Dana was very nice we asked for an early checkin and she said no problem. When we got to property it was very clean and very nice. We enjoyed our stay. We will stay here again when we are in Houston.

The property was clean and just like the pictures, you could park in the garage which was very nice. The owner also responds quick which was very helpful.

Great

Wonderful time in Houston, we traveled for my birthday and Pittsburgh Takeover Houston. Property was very accommodating to all guest, only recommendation is throughly cleaning of wash cloth and towel linens. Hosts provides white clothes, and due to property being catered to women there were a lot of make up stains left on the linens provided to us. Everything else 10/10

We were a late arrival so it was very dark. There were no automatic/solar lights outside and I tripped over an electrical cord laying across the sidewalk leading to the front door. There was NO hot water. The first floor bedroom carpet has stains. Shampoo/Conditioner/Bath soap are only located in ONE bathroom on third floor bathroom. Managed to wash face and hair over sink only to discover there was NO hairdryer in any of the 3 bathrooms. The only reason I am giving two stars instead of one is because I believe the owner was truly embarrassed and she was kind enough to give us a refund.

Great house in interesting area

We had a great stay for some Astros baseball. The vicinity to the stadium and other things we wanted to do was great. The area itself is shady at best and people were out in the street talking, yelling, crying, and laughing at night each night we were there. There are some new developments going up across the street from abandoned homes which was not an issue for our heavy sleepers in the group. The house itself was very nice but quite dirty. The rug in the living room has probably not been cleaned since this home started renting out. Overall, we had a good experience with some caveats that others should know in advance.

Definitely will book again

It’s in the hood but it’s quiet besides the construction across the street. It’s very close to downtown and that was a huge need for me. Otherwise, the home is beautiful.
