Newly remodeled home, super clean. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms (showers only). Study complete with desk, comfy chair and desk lamp (bring your own power cord). Three queen beds. There is a studio pool house with one double bed, a kitchenette, and a full bath (Shower only) which can be used as a fourth bedroom for an additional fee of $75 per night. Close to the Woodlands (about 2 min). Easy access to Hwy 45, 99 or the Hardy Toll Road. .2 mile off Hwy 45. Lots of amenities near by Cynthia Woods Pavilion, Starbucks, HEB, Kroger, Golf Courses, movie theaters, shopping, dining, and night life. Houston Astros, Rockets and Texans play downtown about 24 miles

From booking to checkout, we had a very good experience with the owners. We highly recommend this home for its location, cleanliness, spaciousness and annemities. The pool was very clean, cool and relaxing from the Houston heat!. We stayed 4 nights and would definitely stay again if in this area. The only complaint had nothing to do with the home, but was some road construction that sometimes made it hard to get through the road to the house. Other than that, it is a very comfortable home.

Perfect location for my business trip.

The location is in a quiet and cleanly neighborhood. It is located near the site where I attended a training forum for the week of my stay, as well as the restaurants where our team dinners were scheduled. It worked out perfectly! The house was exactly as pictured, and the owners were very helpful. My wife and pups loved the experience, especially lounging around the pool while dad was working . I would definitely book this property again!

Work Trip

The house was just perfect for our needs. Was on a work trip and this house was close to our office. It definitely met all our needs. Clean, a lot of room and super convenient. Close to everything we need. Would definitely recommend! And will book again in the future as I travel to Houston often for work.

Easter get away

owners were very responsive and professional. Home was as advertised. Well maintained and clean. Yard and pool area gets plenty of sun and is very private. Very nice trip. Covered area is a great space to relax in the shade or enjoying outdoor meals. Covered car port was a nice bonus to have your vehicle protected from the elements

Great stay!

Overall the stay was great! Plenty of space both inside and out. Loved the covered parking. There was a cigarette smell that came from the couches but not overbearing. Only issue was the neighbor's dog who was agressive at the fence because my dogs would get near. It's understandable and uncontrollable by the homeowner. I would stay here again.

Mother Daughter Weekend

There were 2 moms and 2 daughters for a long weekend. Nice and close to the airport and also not far from many attractions. Pool was amazing!! We recommend staying at this property.

Excellent accommodations. Plenty of room. Up to date kitchen. Didn't really get to use the pool as the weather turned rainy on us. The only short comings were the scant furnishings and the lack of coat hangerss. Would definitely stay hete again.

Vacation to remember….

We absolutely loved the location and the property was beautiful. Unfortunately Hurricane Beryl came through and we were unable to continue our stay. Tom was very responsive throughout that process and was willing to work with us. We hope to come back and enjoy it next year!

Great Small Paradise

Great house newly remodeled. Had a couple new items such as a grill and outdoor furniture. Owners are definitely listening to the feedback. If you want to great place to chill under the sun and minutes away from it all.

Great Place!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We were looking for a pet-friendly place with a private pool, and this rental checked both boxes. Three favorite things about this property: 1) Because of the many trees surrounding the property, the pool is in the shade for most of the day. Although the heat index was around 108 degrees each day, going outside was bearable (even enjoyable) because of the shaded pool and patio. 2) Shaded patio with a table and chairs and two ceiling fans. 3) Fenced-in backyard. We brought our little dog with us, and we were able to let him out in the backyard without worrying that he might wander off. Thank you to the hosts for your pet-friendly property with the private pool!

Great Place

We came for a baseball tournament. Slept all of us comfortably and the pool house is worth the extra days $. Only recommendation would be add TVs to all bedrooms. Most like watching tv at night. Great little pool with adequate shade!

Awesome home

I went to Houston to visit my granddaughter for her birthday. We stayed 3 nights. Awesome master bath, beds comfy, nice bath towels and kitchen equipped great! Very clean! Pool was a bonus, the kids enjoyed it. I will go back.

Overall, very nice property for a short weekend stay with a great patio and pool to enjoy. Big kitchen, nice showers, good sized bedrooms. Longer stay - it's not a home away from home, not as well apportioned for a long haul

Exactly as pictured

The house is exactly as pictured. We had one issue and it was taken care of very quickly. The pool was nice but could use some lounge chairs and it is a bit loud outside-- lots of traffic noise but you don't notice it inside. Beds were comfortable. All in all a great stay!
