This 3-bedroom, Theater room 2 bath is perfectly located 10 minutes from Hobby Airport, 10 minutes from Downtown Houston, NRG and Reliant Stadium, an hour from Galveston Island, Ideal for any group or family traveling to Houston for the weekend or looking for a place to call home for an extended stay.
The space
With 1800sqft of indoor and 1000sqft of outdoor living with a full kitchen , wood fire place and T.V. There is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy this home. Upon entry you'll walk into open concept living/dining and kitchen area.

There is Motion Sensor Security Camera on the front of this property and backyard as additional security for our guest.
Guest access
Entire house and yard and driveway is open to guest, ( no access to garage). Please feel like you are at home.
Other things to note
Please note that this home is in a residential community. Please respectful of neighbors and be mindful of playing music late at night outdoors. No parties or events are allowed at this property. Small dogs are allowed upon approval and a additional fee.

Beautiful home

We went to Houston for the rodeo. We had three couples and a Dad and 3 year old (our grandson ). The house gave us plenty of space to enjoy the evenings and mornings. The outdoor area would be perfect for a stay when you could just enjoy the home. Of course we spent our time at the rodeo. We did unplug the air fresheners due to my son’s allergies/asthma. They we a little too strong. It was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Even left something behind and he graciously mailed it to me. Very thankful for his kindness.

Houston Livestock Show

The property is just minutes away from the NRG Center and Stadium. It was comfortable and clean. Curtains or blinds on the back windows would be an improvement and trash cans in the bathrooms. T. D. Session crew

Wonderful House

The house was perfect. Spacious, clean, EXCELLENT neighborhood. The backyard and patio were amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We will book here next year if it's available!

Decent place

This was a get together around New Year. 2 families coming together. Wanted a bigger space than a hotel. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. The master bedroom is wow. Fish tank is great. Few minor things. Kitchen trash was not emptied. The bathroom soap was refilled. Dish soap was left in the bathroom. Bathroom - master bathroom was great very spacious. Bathroom #2 overall ok. No bath soap. Overall a decent place needs more organization.

My Houston home away from home

We came to visit my daughter and her family. The proximity to her home and the airport was perfect. This is a beautifully appointed home. The only thing I would suggest is that they add hand soap and trash cans in the bathrooms.

Patio is excellent

Jerry was responsive to our questions, house had plenty of space and amenities for what we needed. Fish tank and the fish are very relaxing to watch when laying on the couch. Patio was my go to TV, Music quiet peaceful place to have coffee in the morning. Home was very enjoyable and close to many things.

Great House

Overall a very nice property. Easy check in and out process. Only complaint was beds are Queen size not King as listed, but they are very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Houston.
