Our home is located in a community mixed with mobile home/manufactured homes and higher-end homes closer to the water. While our property is well-maintained and thoughtfully furnished for guest comfort, some neighboring homes may show signs of wear or not be as well-kept.

If a pristine neighborhood aesthetic is a priority for your stay, we encourage you to consider this before booking. However, if you're looking for a comfortable, spacious home near Galveston Bay with great amenities and easy access to outdoor adventures, we’re confident you’ll have an enjoyable stay.

You may also see friendly neighborhood pets wandering by to say hello. While usually friendly, we encourage guests to use caution around unknown animals.

El Jardin is a residential neighborhood situated on the southeast side of Houston in Seabrook TX. Quiet and diverse the neighborhood offers great views of Galveston Bay. Kroger is 3.3 miles and Walmart is 5.9 miles away. While the house is not in the hustle and bustle of the big city, there are still the conveniences of shopping, entertainment, and restaurants all within 20 minutes of the house. El Jardin has beach access in the neighborhood and a convenience store at the entry of the neighborhood.

The neighborhood has easy access to Hwy 146 located only a few minutes from the house. Bring your car, catch an uber, or rent a car on Turo to get to your destination.

Access to shopping and grocery stores in Seabrook are within 10 minutes.

Hidden gem in a sus neighborhood. The house had everything as advertised. Had a little moldy smell but probably because it's close to the beach. I appreciate that the house was fully stocked.

Relaxing and beautiful outdoor space

We had a wonderful time here at this property. The backyard was an oasis and the property was very clean. Will definitely make sure to stay here again when we come back to visit.
