Worst experience ever. Not even going to go in to it. Still waiting on my refund for nights not stayed. We left after 1st night.

I was very unsatisfied with my stay.The condition of the home isn’t very clean/cozy… The smell for one, I’ve encountered more than a few roaches & spiders. There was mold from an apparent leak in the kitchen ceiling, there was an odor & several bugs that thrive in unsanitary environments. Stains along the walls and base boards of the home and several spider webs. Me and my family had to relocate due to the unsanitary environment. Even though we relocated the host was extremely uncooperative. They never got back to me and proceeded to claim I stayed in the rental even though I did not

My stay was not okay , it was roaches crawling in the kitchen , the microwave and on the counter . That's the only place I seen them meaning they are not really cleaning ...

Misleading

It was available last minute. So we booked with this property, but the house in the photos are not as accurate as the actual conditions of the house. The sheets were all dirty, including one comforter that had visible blood spots on it. We had to wash the sheets in order to use them and the washer bangs against the walls loudly as it spins. The sink spouts out water from the cord. There is mold on the ceilings. The Wi-Fi is horrible. It shows multiple tvs throughout the house and there was only 2, one in the main room and one in the living room, the only one that worked was in the living room. The neighbor was in a slum area, the grass in front as well as back yard looked like it hadn’t been cut for months, pls proceed cautiously before booking this. I did video and there is no way of submitting

Quiet rural neighborhood

House I was clean, beds were decent, sheets were nice. It was good enough for us since we just needed a place to sleep and shower. If you’re planning to spend time in the place I you will need some items. The TV only turns off when you unplug it, there’s no garbage can in the house or bags, no detergent. The shower upstairs that isn’t in suite has a dangling shower head.No place to hang clothes or dressers in the bedroom we lived out of our suitcases. Towels were in good supply and seemed new. The area has nothing close by and it’s somewhat run down looking. This house is listed on realtor for 100,000 and has been on the market for awhile so not exactly a high demand location. One time we came to change and saw a car had almost his a house on Tidwell.. so it’s not the best area but I’m not afraid of some poor people I grew up poor. For the money it was a good value stay, 2.5 baths but we didn’t stay and it was only 3 of us. WiFi worked good for one day we had to work.

Mid at best

Not very clean. The floors had not been cleaned before we got there, and there were some spots that looked like mold in the kitchen. Only the full size bottom bunk amd master bed had comforters on them, the rest only had a top sheet. Decent enough for a single night I guess but it's not worth it if you want somewhere nice.

Great Stay!

Host was very communicative and pictures of listing shows accurate scenery. The neighborhood was quiet. Only issue was that the image on Apple Maps & the image on here was completely different. House was remodeled and not updated on Apple Maps. Not an issue with the host or listing, just a precaution! Very accurate listing. Thank you!

Dispectable

The house was filthy. From stains on the doors, dirty silverware, dust debris in the ac vent that made it hard to breath, to the cake on duty in the oven that smoked up the house when we tried to use the oven. One of my friends had an asthma attack and had to leave the party early. There was no working fire alarm. I reached out to the owner, and no response. The neighborhood is very scary as well. DONT STAY HERE!!!
