Security deposit may be requested at host discretion.
If key fob is damaged or lost a $300 fee may be applied.

Weekend getaway

Clean and very spaces apartment in a nice neighborhood, our only concern was parking since we had no access to the parking app that is assigned to the owners. Thankfully our car was not towed. You can park in a spot that is not a covered spot or # assigned spot.

Beautiful

Place was overall super clean, just as pictured. Beds were comfy . There was more than enough space . We enjoyed our stay, even booked a couple more nights . . only complaint there wasn’t utensils. Other than that awesome good neighborhood 5 stars.

Disappointing

The apartment, pool, and facilities are very nice, but I had many issues outlined here - couldn’t log into the system to register my rental car, the key fob for garage access didn’t work, the door key pad was glitchy and locked me out several time even sounding a siren one time, the place smells like smoke (mildly but definitely cigarette smoke), the number provided to call for help did not work and there was no response in the VRBO app after 5pm. There’s dogs on either side of the unit and they barked all night - not the management or owner’s fault, but FYI. This is not a great option if you expect a good experience.
