Tucked away in Northwest Houston, the property offers easy access to the city’s top attractions. Whether you’re exploring local parks, dining hot spots, or heading into downtown, everything is just a short drive away.

• For safety, compliance, and proper preparation, all guests must be included in the reservation—whether they are staying overnight or visiting during the day. Please ensure the exact guest count is provided at the time of booking.

Other things to note
• We have 3 exterior cameras in front door, side garage back yard and garage door that will be used for security and/or to monitor that our policies/ house rules are adhered to.

• In the event of undisclosed pet(s) or gatherings of more than the confirmed number of people, including both overnight guests and visitors, your reservation will be immediately terminated without refund.

• NO EVENTS ALLOWED without prior notice and approval. Events incur extra fees. Please message us for more information.

• No smoking/ illegal substances nor activities allowed on the property. VIOLATION FEE $500.

• Please respect the noise curfew after 10PM.

• Early check-in and late check-out might be available at $75 per hour. Please contact for more information.

• Please note that though the listing shows 2 bunk beds, Please be mindful that the top bunk bed has a weight limit of 200 lbs.

• To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.

• This property includes a cowboy pool outside. Please understand that since the pool is outside in the garden, some leaves or debris from nature may fall into the pool. Rest assured that we do pool maintenance weekly and we remove all debris after every reservation. However, some debris may fall into the pool after we have cleaned it. Our cowboy pool maintenance team will visit once a week to clean the pool and take care of any necessary upkeep. They might stop by during your stay, but please rest assured that they’ll only be working outside and won’t disturb you. This maintenance is essential to ensure the pool remains in great condition for you and future guests.
