Location of property is wonderful! Within walking distance of Lighthouse District and boardwalk! The condo itself was very nice with a very comfortable bed and sofa!!!! Would definitely stay there again!!!!

Absolutely Beautiful Property

The location of this condo was amazing!! Great floor plan, quiet neighborhood and upscale furnishings. Excellent communications with the host and property manager. Would DEFINITELY stay here again!!

Perfect Place for Two People

My husband and I stayed here for the weekend. It was perfect for 2 people. Located close to the boardwalk. We were close enough to walk to several hangouts/bars. The complex is very quiet. The condo itself had all the amenities we needed. I would absolutely stay here again.

Just some time away

My husband and I came in from Temple TX, but originally we are from San Diego, CA. We wanted a getaway somewhere close to the water away from central Texas, but something that would give us San Diego vibe. Well after a mix up and cancellation from another rental somewhere else we found this gem. Perfect little getaway. Loved the apartment/condo. Places to eat and get your drink on where within walking distance, to include the Kemah Boardwalk. We had such a good time and met great people. We will be back here for sure, until we decide if we want to move here.

Excellent property

Stayed while watching our daughter and her team golf in the NCAA Div 3 nationals at Bay Oaks Country Club. Great location close walking to many restaurants. Clean and well kept condo. Great communication. Would stay here again if ever back in the area.

Wonderful rental

The rental is beautiful - great location, walking distance to the Boardwalk. It looks just like the pictures - checkin process was so easy. We’ll definitely stay there again when we visit!

Say Yes, Yes, Yes, to this beautiful condo in Kemah!!

My husband and I stayed in David's condo for a week, as we were visiting family. This condo is simply over-the-top-exceptional!! Extremely clean!! Condo is located within walking distance to the Kemah Boardwalk, and steps, and mean just within steps to several restaurants, within minutes to several grocery stores, and major stores such as Target. Kemah is located in between Houston and Galveston. Also, NASA Space Center is a few minutes away. David's condo is fully equipped through out. Communication with David, and Donna is top-notch!!! we really appreciated both David and Donna touching base with us on our arrival date, we thought that was awesome to do so Honestly, we have stayed at several VRBOs in the past, David's condo ranks number 1 with us! If you are looking for a beautiful, quiet place to stay, look no further, book it!! we rated David's condo 5 stars, however, we give it a 10!!

Here from Spain on Business travel

I was in the area for business travel for several weeks. Instead of being in a hotel room, I chose this condo and the experience has been perfect. The condo is well maintained, it has all what you need to relax and disconnect after busy days, kitchen is fully equipped and property manager takes care that all is very clean and ready to use at your arrival. Due to Covid19, I asked help for cleaning service once per week, and they were able to make it happen. Condo is in very good shape, couple of big TVs with cable, good internet connection, bedroom is nice and comfortable and it also has a balcony where you can sit an relax. Kemah has lot of restaurants and it is well connected. I will repeat and recommend this place anytime! Fully recommended!
