● Location: La Porte, Texas

● Private pool: This home features a large, in-ground private pool in the backyard.

● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 16 guests must be approved prior to booking.

● Parking: There is room for 2 cars in front of the home and 6 in the driveway.

Bayside Ranch is designed with families and groups in mind, offering plenty of space to relax and connect. As you enter, the well-equipped kitchen with a handy pass-through window makes meal prep a breeze, keeping the conversation flowing. A light and airy dining room sits right next door, perfect for family meals. Need extra space for gatherings? A second dining area overlooks the backyard, ideal for enjoying meals under the Texas sky.

Let’s start with the backyard. Step outside and soak up the sunshine on the large patio surrounding the sparkling pool. Whether you`re grilling up a feast or simply lounging with a good book, the backyard provides ample space for everyone to relax and unwind. Kids will love running around in the expansive yard, perfect for frisbee games or just enjoying the fresh air.

Downstairs, four comfortable bedrooms offer a variety of sleeping options. Two king-sized bedrooms provide a restful retreat for parents or couples. Another room caters to families with a queen bed and a fun twin-over-twin bunk bed. The fourth bedroom offers ultimate flexibility with a queen bed and two sets of full-over-full bunk beds, perfect for slumber parties or larger groups.

Head upstairs for a dedicated entertainment haven in the game room. Complete with pool, foosball, arcade games, and shuffleboard, it promises endless fun for all ages. Two additional bedrooms flank the game room, ensuring privacy for everyone. One provides two queen beds, ideal for families or friends, while the other features a queen bed and a twin for flexible sleeping arrangements.

But the fun doesn`t stop there! A fully equipped 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom garage apartment offers additional space and privacy. Walk into an open-concept living and kitchen area with bar seating, perfect for movie nights or casual meals. The two bedrooms in the apartment provide even more sleeping options: one with a queen bed and full-over-full bunk beds, and the other with a queen bed.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

We are unable to price match any rates found on other booking platforms.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 16 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- The homeowner`s routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
