This was the perfect place to stay. I will definitely book again. The home was super clean the pool was amazing, plenty of space. Everything you needed was in this home.

Family Time

This property was the absolute cleanest home I have ever rented through VRBO. I would recommend it 100 percent this is by far the best rental we have stayed in.

Everything was great. The neighborhood was so peaceful. We enjoyed our time there playing pool, games, getting in the pool and watching movies in their projector. Recommend will rent this house again. Best part my kids had fun.

Great time in Texas

House was beautiful. My four year old grandson, thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Decorations in the house were simply gorgeous, and the host was very accommodating.

As advertised. Beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. One reason we chose this home is because of the pool which was clean and the water was warm. Owners were very attentive and promply responded to messages. Would definitely rent again.

Wonderfull time well spent

It was just the right size and the pool was lovely. Only thing was the heater for the pool wasn’t working. It was so hot and the water was the perfect temp. It was not an issue. Also although it had only 1 & 1/2 bath it was still not a problem for us. We would definitely stay again.

Location was in decent shape, there was no master bedroom to choose from for our stay. Pool and spa are not heated but require an additional amount to be used. Vrbo app communication wasn’t used, was direct text messaging so I got confused where entry codes and other information were, due to booking so far in advanced. The home is nice and there’s a lot of space. The cleaning/fees were a little more than what I am really comfortable with, but needed somewhere close to home for us to spend some time at so options were limited. For those who return the property to great condition and get things well prepped for the next stay, those fees really should be adjusted/refunded, treated as a deposit. Was a decent stay, but will look for different options next time

Relaxing Stay

Spacious home with everything we needed for our week’s stay. I always appreciate not having to go buy toilet paper and other essentials. This place took care of it all. It was a great place to wind down after a day of exploring. We hung out and watched March Madness on the tv outside until it cooled off then we continued watching on the projection tv upstairs while playing pool. Saved some money by making meals there and it was perfect weather to sit outside and eat. It’s a bit longer drive to some of the more popular tourist attractions, but I didn’t mind. It’s a quiet neighborhood & not too far to groceries. Definitely a good stay in a nice, quiet house.

Only one shower

Great house but it was quite difficult to maneuver a house full of people with just one shower. Although this was In the description- having at least 2 showers would have been golden. No check in instructions were sent and we had no answer from the host while stuck outside the front door: had to call vrbo to try to get into contact with other management company. Then only by ringing the ring doorbell did some man answer.
