This beautiful vacation rental home overlooks Galveston Bay in Kemah, Texas. It is one of only two homes available for rentals that is located within 3 minutes walking distance of the wildly popular Kemah Boardwalk entertainment complex. The home will easily sleep 16 people and features a recent remodeling of the bathrooms and kitchen. The primary home has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and a detached guest room with bath resides on the ground floor. Therefore there are 5 total Bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. There is a 220 foot private pier available for those who wish to go crabbing or fishing or both. Five crab traps are located on the pier and there is an elevated observation deck at the end of the pier with a 360 degree view. One of the unique aspects of this home is the 2600 square foot wrap-around wooden deck - complete with outdoor bar. The deck also attaches to the ocean side balconies and the balconies are connected with a spiral staircase. This is a gorgeous home with spectacular views. Great for fishing, relaxing or entertaining.

Ground Floor
The Ground Floor is primarily for parking but the 'Guest Bedroom' is also located here. The Guest Bedroom is underneath the main home and access is available via the exterior stairs. The Guest Bedroom has been recently remodeled and has a Queen bed, full bathroom, wardrobe closet and A/C. The queen bed will sleep two comfortably.

Middle Floor
The Middle Floor contains most of the living space of the home. Here you will find the kitchen, dining room, living room, Master Bedroom, and Little Bedroom. The entire home has been remodeled and all bathrooms feature beautiful tile and fixtures. The master bedroom has a queen bed, desk, and private bath. The little bedroom has bunk beds that can sleep both adults and children. In addition, the outdoor deck is located on the middle floor. (see The Deck below)

Top Floor
The Top Floor consists of the Big Bedroom and the Big Balcony. The big bedroom can sleep 6 people with a queen bed and 1 bunk bed (Full over Queen). The big bedroom also has a recently remodeled private bath. The Big Balcony is very close to the water and provides an excellent view of the Kemah waterway. Visitors can see the shrimp boats, sail boats, and power boats coming and going.

The Deck
Located one floor above the ground floor and the same level as the Middle Floor, the wooden deck is 2600 square feet in area and wraps around several sides of the home. The deck also features an outside bar and private bathroom. The deck has a spiral staircase at the front of the home that connects the front balconies of the Top Floor and the Middle Floor. It is a wonderful location for relaxing and / or entertaining guests.

Private Pier
The private pier is 220 feet long and extends out into one of the best fishing areas in Kemah. The end of the pier, known as the T-head, has an upper observation area for 360 degree viewing. It is a gorgeous place to watch sunsets, birds, sailboats and more. In addition, there are 5 crab traps that are permanently attached to the pier. All one has to do is fill the bait box and drop the crap traps back into the water. Wait several hours or overnight and hopefully you will find 5 or 10 crabs.
