Welcome to our BRAND NEW BUILT HOME, easy access to Bellaire blvd, home of the best restaurants and Food street in Houston , known for their incredible dining options and convenience.
7 minutes drive to Hong Kong super market and Kim son buffet restaurant,
30 minutes drive to NASA, and 1 hour drive to Galveston Beaches and Cruise ship terminals.
Please note that our home is brand new in a newly constructing and developing area, so you may hear some construction noise or see few construction vans. However, the interior is well-insulated, ensuring a quiet, comfortable stay once inside.
Also, McClendon Park is just a turn away from any corner, situated directly behind our house for your leisurely strolls or outdoor activities.
The Park has a large open air pavilion with 2 play structures for children as well as swings, climbing boulders and nets, picnic pavilions with grills, restroom facilities, and parking lot. A splash pad water feature in the central recreational area includes jets of water rising out a star shape. A cistern collects rain water to be reused as irrigation. Adjacent to the central area is a sand volleyball court, as well as a baseball backstop and soccer goals.
Trails lead out of the central area of the Park to 10 exercise stations. The exercise stations have posted instructions on how to use the equipment at the station as well as health and wellness information. These stations also contain natural and historical information about the area. Visitors can choose between a paved trail and a decomposed granite trail perfect for runners. A nine-hole, disc golf course runs through the Park creating yet another activity for visitors to the Park.
We strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible and provide all the essentials you may need during your visit. Come and experience all the luxury and tranquility at our enchanting home. Book now and create unforgettable memories in this idyllic setting.

We have 4 parking spaces available, 2 inside garage and 2 in driveway, also community parking spots by corner of the street on first come first serve. Please do not park on the street or block drive way belong to neighbors.

Brand New House

This house was great! Brand New! We stayed while our power was out after the big storm. We had our 3 young Grands there staying with us. They had games and Squish Mellows for them to enjoy! They played Candy Land. There is a park nearby with a splash pad they enjoyed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was the best we’ve ever had. So nice, quick to respond, and helpful.
