The Space:

Stay in this spacious, newly built 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home in the heart of The Heights. With its modern Texas design and high-end finishes, this retreat offers both style and comfort just 15 minutes from downtown Houston. The neighborhood is vibrant and family-friendly, only a 6-minute walk to Whole Foods and less than a mile from shops, restaurants, and nightlife.



The Space



Welcome to Houston Luxury Haven – your perfect mix of elegance and convenience. Whether you’re traveling for work, family, or leisure, this home provides privacy, luxury, and everything you need for a memorable Houston stay.



Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Four spacious bedrooms with three full bathrooms and one half bath. Each room is thoughtfully designed with fresh linens, towels, and premium toiletries.



Kitchen & Dining: Gourmet kitchen with marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large island with four barstools. Dining table seats eight.



Living Area: Comfortable living room with a 60” Smart TV, and private balcony.



Laundry: Full-size washer and dryer.



Parking: As of December 6, 2025 the garage is not available for use. Street parking is available.

Street Parking:

Street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Note: Do not park in the common driveway—towing is enforced.



Other Things to Note:

The optional damage waiver is $37 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights.
