The Space:
Please note that during the summer months, as doors are frequently opened, some bugs may enter. We routinely inspect and spray the property to ensure any sightings are kept to a minimum. Guests should also be aware that the home may be subject to noise from nearby construction or local establishments.

Other Things to Note:
All guests over the age of 21 must provide government-issued identification for verification prior to check-in. Unlike hotels, we do not have a front desk for in-person ID verification, so we require this process to be completed electronically after booking is confirmed.

A refundable security deposit of $350 will be collected prior to arrival. This incidental charge covers potential damages or misplaced items and will be fully refunded within 7 days of checkout once the property is confirmed to be in good condition.
