Great place great host! The host was very responsive and the place is set up exactly how we needed it. It’s 7br 7bath. Every bedroom has its own closet desk and full bath! Great place for coworkers and everyone to have their own private space!! The rooftop patio is perfect! Will be staying here again.

Privacy with every room!

This house has 7 bedrooms each with its own bathroom! The location is close to many great restaurants and entertainment. Our family felt safe, and our group of 15 was comfortable.

Great stay!

Great location for shopping,restaurants and museums. The house was very clean and the owners were very pleasant and quick to respond to any questions we had(which were few,their initial check in and check out policies were very easy to follow) Great place for a girls,couples or family getaway as all rooms were ensuite. We will definetly return!

All was fine

Initially there were some communication problems in trying to reserve the property. I reserved the property, then was not contacted timely so I was not sure if the reservation went through or not. I tried to cancel but they were unwilling to cancel. Eventually over the course of several days, we worked out the issues and were able to confirm the stay. I was quite concerned because of all the scams you here about and needed reassurance. In the end, again, all was fine. Our employees stayed here as a group vs, multiple hotel rooms. They liked the layout as they could have breakfast together, have a meeting in house and dinner/snacks together. We woul dstay here again.

Thee absolute best place to stay in Houston

This was by far one of the best experiences I’ve had using a rental app. The neighborhood is very nice and central to everything. The place was beautiful, clean and accommodating. The hosts were very prompt in replying and made sure that our stay was amazing. I will be booking this space soon.

The stay was good had a few hiccups along the way with the TVs but the host was great and was very proactive, the only bad thing was when we arrived the floors wasn’t swept or mopped & the kitchen sink wasn’t clean but the host had the cleaning lady come back quickly. Overall my stay was good and will definitely stay again

Great property for a place to sleep many

Great large rooms with on suites. Too small of a common area and kitchen for the number of bedrooms- but a great roof deck. It was too hot for us to use, but would have been great. Beds were super comfortable. Parking was a hassle considering we shared a driveway with other two neighbors.

Wonderful for Family Gatherings

This was the perfect place for my family to stay for our wedding and we would highly recommend staying here. The beds were super comfy and everyone loved having their own private bathrooms. We relaxed on the patio with a great view of Houston and most of all were so thankful to all be staying in one place. The owner was very responsive and everything was exactly as described. Elegant, well located property for large groups

We recently stayed at this property for a family holiday gathering. The property is elegant with nice finishes, very comfortable beds, and a well supplied kitchen. The roof deck is a nice touch and a great venue for morning coffee. The unit is well laid-out with bedrooms on each of the three floors. The rooms are quiet and spacious. The bathrooms have nice finishes and excellent showers. There is an onsite garage, but it is actually just as easy to park on the street. The property is about a 10-15 minute drive to Rice and would be a great choice for a football weekend, graduation or reunion stay. Interactions with the ownership team (both via the VRBO app and text messages) were prompt and clear.

Amazing place! amazing location!

We really enjoyed our stay in Houston. The house was easy to find, great neighbourhood, close to loads of amenities and not far from everywhere we needed to be.
