House was great and clean, bed was extremely comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is very low though, and the parking garage is a nightmare. If you even barely on the line in a very tight parking space, your car will get towed an hour away out of town. No calls or warnings even though you register the car with a phone number, the apartment complex do not call.

Bravo on your nice property! My whole stay was really nice and conveniently located w/in walking distance to the George R. Brown convention center. Lenora was very good at communicating, she definitely facilitated my arrival and check-in with ease! The downtown noise was initially a concern but it was very muffled as the unit is on the sixth floor which is the highest level. I would definitely stay there again.

Good apartment for short stay

We were in Houston for one night for a baseball game and flew home the next morning. The apartment is nice and as pictured, but the main areas on the building were a little more run down. There was a pile of trash in the elevator lobby. I guess I have stayed in more luxurious properties, but the apartment itself was clean and comfortable. The major downside apparently in all of downtown Houston that I wasn’t aware of was the noise at night. We walked back from the game pretty late and did t go to bed until after midnight but the street noise went on and on! It was so loud even though we were on the 6th floor. We had to be up at 6am for a flight so that was unfortunate. This would be a much nicer place with more soundproofing

Great apartment!

My wife and I stayed here along with our son to go to an Astros game. Excellent location and walkable to the stadium. House was very clean and communication with Lenora was fast and easy. Highly recommend!

Great Place

We stayed here for our trip to Minute Maid park. We walked from here to the ballpark. I do recommend using uber or another ride share if you plan on walking back at. night. so my review of the property 1. Owner: Very nice, very helpful, very responsive. We loved dealing with her. 2. Property: very nice, very modern, very clean. There is some road noise so I do recommend bringing a small fan which we did and that canceled out the road noise. 3. Location: this is very close to Toyota center and is in walking distance to Toyota center and Minute maids park. We had no problem walking to Minute Maid park. Walking back at night was a little concerning but we he had no issues. We tried to uber but the app was not working that night and so we walked. The house of blues is near by and looked fun but we ran out of time to go there. **Make sure to ask about the app for parking and download ahead of time. I didn't download the app like she asked me to and caused me an issue ( that was my fault and not hers)**. You will enjoy your stay here and they owner is very helpful, patient and nice. Jason

Day Business Trip

Excellent, modern one BR apartment with very comfortable bed and all amenities. Safe, gated underground parking with direct access via elevator. Be sure that your smart phone is charged as you will need it for access. Despite one issue with the parking permit (which the host remedied quickly) I would call it perfect.
