This great 2 bedrrom, 1 bath, was fully renovated to host families and business travelers when coming to houston. We are about 20 minutes from Galleria mall and 6 miles from Downtown.

Pet fee- $90 per pet,max 2 pets.

The neighborhood could sometimes have music later than expected, on holidays there are fireworks until late at night. Also, the area is unsafe for waking your pet because occasionally there may be stray dogs. The area has undergone a few home renovations, yet some still need some repairs . We want to be open and honest with you, regarding the area.

* If you damage any items in the home or if any items is missing, you will be charged the items amount to replace the items.

* $350 fee for smoking ,vaping, marijuana or any type of smoke devices used inside the home.

* Do not burn candles, incense or any other open flames.

* Early check- ins , are not guaranteed ,you will need to send message asking us if you can check-in early.

*Unauthorized late check outs will be charged a $55 fee.
