• Check-out: Before 11:00 AM.
• Security/Damage: Guests must select either a $1500 refundable security deposit (held for 7 days post check-out) or a non-refundable damage waiver (recommended).

• NO Smoking: Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the home.
