It worked great for us we were there for the rodeo and it is walking distance. Extremely clean, would definitely recommend.

Long and confusing check in process!

The property itself is okay. The check in process was the worst I’ve ever experienced on VRBO. They called me multiple times asking for an ID. I originally thought it was a scam because I’ve never had to provide my ID and personal information to any VRBO hosts . When we arrived at the property, the check it itself had was a long process. When you get the property, expect the very basic. Apart from towels , the only thing that was provided was a dish soap . I thought there were going to be land soaps or some basic toiletries but there was nothing . While the location was good and close to everything, getting there and everything else was a pain.

Great unit with good furnish

Very centric, quiet and well furnish. Dog park is a plus. Recommended for families - easy commute to Medical Center and 610 loop. Walking around the property might not be safe at night, but good grocery options in the surroundings.

Great location, ample space

We stayed here for a long weekend with family and it was the perfect size for the four of us! It had everything we needed and best of all was the location, very convenient. We also had an issue when an item was left behind after checkout but the host was very easy to reach and respond and we were able to grab our item without hassles. Highly recommend this place!

Great Apartment

We stayed in this apartment for a few days while a family member was receiving treatment at MD Anderson. The property managers were amazing and communicated quickly with us. They made sure we had everything we needed. I have stayed at many VRBOs and this was probably the best communication I've had. The space was clean upon arrival and just what we needed. Would stay again!

Diamond in the rough

We were there just shy of a week. The Good: 1. Walking distance to two good grocery stores 2. Close to MD Anderson hospital 3. Mostly quiet (one night woke up at 4am to loud conversation in the outside courtyard) The Bad: 1. Sparse cooking utensils (had to purchase measuring cups and spoons and a baking sheet) 2. Bar soap (with no dish) 3. Used sponges for dish cleaning 4. No dishwasher detergent 5. Key fob did not work to access door from garage to floor and the some of the FIRE doors in hallways were wedged open with cardboard.
