Loved the place, checking in was super easy and smooth. I booked last minute and I was satisfied with the responsiveness of the host. My stay was short but I’ll definitely be back in the near future.

Property was perfect for our two week stay with it’s convenience to the Houston Methodist hospital. Apartment and property were very comfortable and the views were amazing! Definitely would stay here again.

This apartment was great for our stay. We had medical appointments at MD Anderson and it was nice being able to walk back and forth. We also walked to Rice Village which was very convenient. The amenities were very nice and we enjoyed the rooftop pool area. The apartment is clean and furnished nicely.

The apartment was wonderful and being on a corner you had beautiful view of the area. The building staff were all incredibly friendly, the entire place was very clean, and the building was super quiet!The host was super quick to answer any question I had.I will be saving this listing for any trips back to Houston!

Nice Location

Perfect location for us. Our son lives in the building while going to school, so it was a great place for us to stay. Plenty of room to spread out. Nice kitchen, dining area, and bathrooms. The apartment was very clean, and we would definitely stay again.

Incredible Value

This one of the best values in VRBO I have found. It is a beautiful location with a beautiful vibe. Great kitchen. Teeny tiny suggestion: add a few plates and silverware so we don't have to use your dishwasher as frequently! Win/win? Loved the stay and will seek to stay there again!

Wonderful property!

This is a wonderful property. It is as advertised and it is in a great location. It’s spacious and clean with amazing views and a rooftop pool. The host was very friendly and was responsive to our needs. The staff at the condo are very friendly and helpful. We would consider staying here again but there are a few things that we weren’t too pleased with,But nothing that cannot be easily remedied. The main thing is that there is only 1 key FOB and you need the key fob to access everything in the property. We traveled with friends and it was very inconvenient to have to constantly try to arrange our schedules around the key. There were only two washcloths in the condo so we had to buy some and we also had to purchase toilet paper as there was only two rolls and we were there for 4 days.

Loved the apartment. Location is perfect for easy access to Rice and med center. Awesome view! Friendly building staff! Loved the convenience of being connected to the Intercontinental. Visited the hotel bar and enjoyed lunch there one day.

Host was very helpful. Location was great and convenient to hospitals and Rice Village with many great restaurants. Unit was very nice, great views, open and airy. Beds were very comfortable! Amenities were good too. Parking was great and extremely convenient. Thanks again and if our travels bring us back to Houston would definitely stay there again!.

Beautiful views and a great location. We were there for a medical visit and the location was perfect. Check in was very easy. Our host communicated very well and met all of our needs. Apartment was clean and spacious. Would have loved a TV in one of the bedrooms but did not make a big difference with us. I would definitely stay again. Host was great!
