GUEST ACCESS
Entire space is included in this rental except garage. Please, make yourself at home.

PARTY-PREVENTION POLICY: One-night stays and guests without prior booking history will require an additional $200 deposit, refundable if no damage/missing items are discovered after check-out.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
*Heated Spa: during winter months, depending on the avg temps, the heated spa functionality may not be available. We cannot guarantee comfortable water temps, especially during and following freezing outdoor temps.

HOUSE RULES:
IMPORTANT: We strictly enforce house rules to help ensure the best experience for future guest. Do not book this property if you intend to not respect it.

NOISE/COMPLAINTS:
○ Excessive noise or complaints will result in reservation termination without refund.

DRUGS/ALCOHOL/SMOKING POLICY:
○ No smoking allowed on the property, including outdoor areas. Drugs, including marijuana and other illegal drugs, are strictly prohibited. Violation incurs $300 air-scrubbing/cleaning charge.

CLEANING POLICY:
○ Check-out: Place used towels on washing machine, start dishwasher, clean/put away pots and pans, remove personal items and food. Turn off pool equipment, grill/propane if used.
○ Light-colored furniture and linens. Excessive stains/damage/spills incurs additional cleaning fee of minimum $75.
○ Report any breakage immediately.

PARKING:
○ Guests may park in driveway and in front of the home only. No parking in front of neighbors' homes. 5-car limit for guests.

REGISTERED GUESTS:
○ Only booked guests allowed to stay overnight.

UNREGISTERED PARTIES POLICY:
○ Strictly no parties/events allowed. Violation will cause reservation to be cancelled without refund, and guests will be required to vacate property. Outdoor security cameras will be reviewed by host periodically to help enforce rule.

UNREGISTERED PETS:
○ No unregistered pets allowed. Service animals permitted with pre-approval.

SECURITY CAMERAS:
○ Visible cameras for security/emergency purposes only. Located at front entrance and pool area. Footage kept for 10 days, deleted if no incidents reported.
