  • Experience the Upper Peninsula in extreme luxury. Stunning views of the water and located trail side! This home is perfect for a group that wants to stay right in the Houghton/Hancock area. The town home is located in the Bayside Townhomes and is perfect for a quiet group that is looking for direct access to the snowmobile trails and waterfront property. Located only 3 miles from downtown Hancock and 5 miles from Walmart and other local grocery stores. There is even a boat launch on site! Please ask us before booking about bringing along pets, we ONLY accept small, non-shedding dogs in order to keep it clean for future guests.

Great stay, clean nice house. The house is right on the snowmobile trail and plenty of space to park trailer which was great. The only downside was that the listing of the house showed the location in a different area than where it actually was. So it listed walking distance to certain restaurants/downtown area and it wasn’t even close.

This house is absolutely amazing!! My husband and I stayed here for a week. It is nice and big and SO clean. The views are stunning. I woke up each morning with my coffee and gorgeous, breathtaking views of the water. I would stay here over and over. This house is amazing!

Family Vacation

July 2025- Great location with all the amenities of home. Host was great in quickly responding to questions. We traveled all over the area to come home to relax in the evening on the quiet back porch looking at the river.

The property is very conveniently located and the size was perfect for our family's stay. We loved that we had access to the garage for parking. Kim was quick to respond with our questions, and we will definitely stay again when in the area.

Hancock Ski Condo

Great location for a ski trip to the Keewanaw. Location was close to everything for skiing and places Houghton/Hancock area. Accommodations were very clean and had all of the equipment for cooking and relaxing with my family.

Beautiful home and great location

We stayed here to visit our MTU student and the location was fantastic. We loved the fall colors all around us! The property is spacious, clean and has everything we needed. We definitely want to stay here again.

Happy in the UP

Loved the location, close to town, shopping and being on the Portage Canal was amazing, watching all the water activities. Accommodations had everything you need. We have booked next year as well.

Winter Carnival fun!

The house was just what we needed for our visit to MTU. It was clean and roomy…While there we got a bit of snow overnight, the roads were plowed the next morning. We had lots of fun on our long weekend. Thanks for sharing your house with us!
