1 minute from the heart of Michigan Tech University, 5 minutes from historic downtown, and 10 minutes to the groomed snowmobile trail. Large parking area for 5 cars and a trailer.

With a large entryway, the first floor boasts a wraparound kitchen, washer/dryer, 3/4 bathroom, 1 large bedroom, and a combination living / dining area.

Is the plan to be with friends and family? Wonderful! This turn-of-the-century gem as plenty of room for everyone to hang out together, play games, or watch some Roku TV.

Taking the oak staircase to the second floor reveals the remaining 4 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The hallways are wide and the crafted wood trim is beautiful throughout. A ramp leading to the wrap-around porch is perfect for those of use looking to avoid steps.

There is a front yard (not fenced) that your dog can use as needed. Naturally, please clean up after use. Thanks!

There is a generously sized parking lot with plenty of parking for 5 cars.
