Welcome to this Beautiful, Comfortable and Well Styled Home, located right on the Golf Course! This 2-story house has large windows to bring in the scenery, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The main floor bedroom offers a King size bed, TV and a desk/vanity space. Upstairs, you'll find a second bedroom with a King Size Bed and Large TV. Another bedroom offers two Single Beds and a Twin-Size daybed with Trundle. Two dining areas, located on either side of the kitchen, seat a total of eight. A screened in porch off the kitchen offers a wonderful place to sit and relax, along with an outside patio for grilling and outdoor dining. Enjoy a round of Ping Pong in the Garage! Located on the golf course, and a short distance away from the Pickle ball courts, basketball court, swimming pool and mini golf course, this is a great place to plan your next vacation!

We do supply some toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, laundry soap, etc.
Coffee pods provided for the Keurig coffee maker

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.

You can purchase a "5 Visit" pass card. This is an easy and inexpensive way for you to sample some of our most fun activities.
