Spacious Home on the 18th Fairway at Desoto Golf Course

Come relax and take in the golf course views on this spacious 5 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom house on Desoto golf course. Less than 10 minutes from the West gate, this is the perfect house for a big family or a golf group. There is a 6th bed that is King sized in the closet off of the lower level living area. There is also a room with a ping pong table. enjoy a good nights rest on beds with brand new mattresses.


Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in North America and has a variety of amenities that can be enjoyed by all who visit. With 8 public golf courses, 11 Lakes, miles of bike and hiking trails, pickleball courts, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, mini golf, playground, outdoor basketball courts - Something for Everyone!

Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - Be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle free commute and check in. 

 The world famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away.

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, show the gate guard your booking confirmation, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.

This is a large 5 bedroom house, with plenty of space in which to relax, even for a large group. We had 6 sharing the house. There is ample dinner and glassware, as well as cutlery and food prep utensils. Bathrooms are well stocked with plenty towels. The large 2-car garage is available for parking, which is plus during stormy weather. Deck has a beautiful view of the golf course. The agent and owner were very responsive to our needs, and sent a maintenance person out the next day to repair a running toilet! The house was clean, with no evidence of insects. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - please bring your own hairdryer, cheese grater (glad I packed mine!), or other specialized food prep items you think you may need.

The property is big and sleeps a lot of people. IMO, the facility is better for guys, than ladies & guys. It would have been good if the back patio had been blown off with a leaf blower. The BBQ grill did work fine, but it is not fancy. The driveway is big and could handle 6 cars pretty well. Our golf group did have a good time.
