The dining table is the perfect spot for family conversation and maybe a rousing competition with all the games provided in this home. The bedrooms are cozy and quiet, offering comfort at the end of the day, and the deck with wooded views offers a place to sit and just breathe! There is a BBQ grill on the deck. This Comfortable home is awaiting you and yours!

**Located in the garage, you find putters and golf balls to use at the mini-golf course here in the Village. Also, located in the garage, the owners have included the use of 2 Kayaks (please wear protective vests), Pickleball and Tennis equipment. **

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.
