Open floor plan, huge yard, with perfectly gentle sloped lake access. Over 1700sf of inviting and relaxing decks and boat dock. MAIN CHANNEL = year round water. Truly a perfect location by both land or water. One block off HWY 7 South. Only 4.5 miles to Oaklawn Racetrack & Casino, 6mi to Historic Downtown. Nearby dining, shopping, and entertainment. Smart TV’s allow you to access your Netflix, HULU, Amazon or other fav streaming channels in an addition over 100 standard cable channels plus high speed wifi. If we could give this property and host 6 stars we would! Check on was super simple and easy. The property was immaculate and cozy. Plus i accidentally forgot my hearing aid case and she had it mailed back to us. We would love to stay here again!

The hot tub was the perfect temperature. Both bedrooms have great views. Location is convenient to everything in Hot springs. The host was extremely accommodating.

The place was cozy and very clean. The beds were comfortable. We found both the location and the view of the lake were very nice. We enjoyed the deck with its perfect lake view. Our host's communication and checking in with us during our stay was wonderful. We definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Great little lake cottage!

Couldn’t have been happier with this cozy and clean little lake cottage! Hosts were fantastic in accommodating us. Location is far enough outside Hot Springs but still close enough for everything we needed! Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful experience at this adorable cottage on lake Hamilton. It was perfect for our needs, very comfortable and close to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. We would definitely return.

Close to town with a beautiful view

We both grew up in Hot Springs and still have lots of family there but wanted a little space and privacy for a visit with our little boy and it was great! The location is super convenient and the view is beautiful!

A charming cottage

We very much enjoyed our stay on Lookout Point. The cottage was nicely decorated. The location was great. It was close to restaurants and shopping. Next time we are in Hot Springs we would stay longer.
