This tiny cabin located on 38 privately gated acres has much more to offer than a normal vacation rental. Whether you spend the day at Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort, hiking one of the many trails, or just relaxing in the hot tub overlooking a tranquil waterfall that flows into a fish-filled pond, you’re sure to have fun! The cabin features a well-equipped kitchen with coffee, tea and spices, queen bed lounge area downstairs, crawl in cozy sleeping loft , a large bathroom space and an outdoor paradise. Sip coffee on the patio or make a cocktail and sit by the fire pit. Though it may be little in size, this tiny home has no shortage of amazing amenities that make it a great place to stay while visiting Hot Springs.
We are located in a rural area with a private gate entrance to the property so lots of privacy. This cabin has no shared spaces. Owners do live on property to ensure they are available when needed.
The Time Out cabin is a different vacation experience with an adventurous style of lodging. It has a full size queen bed/ lounge space downstairs and also a queen bed in the sleeping loft.

KITCHEN: Well-equipped with pots, pans, dishes, cups, wine glasses, bowls, coffee maker, coffee, tea, sweetner, creamer, silverware, tea kettle, full-sized refrigerator, blender, toaster and spices
GENERAL: Each cabin is stocked with a starter pack of toilet paper and paper towels. We do provide Linens/towels, beach towels, books, extended stay, games, hairdryer, hangers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, private entrance.
Security camera that records audio and visual 24 hours a day on parking area only.
PARKING: Room for two vehicles
No pets. Rental agreement available upon request and also sent after booking.
