Such an amazing experience! The house was sooo clean. The presentation was amazing. The view of the birds in the backyard was sooo good. The host was so thoughtful she had snacks and drinks and even a card and gift for my wife’s bday. Soooo thoughtful. Amazing stay. So glad I booked this space.

One of the very best places we have ever stayed! The house is beautiful and stocked with everything you may need or might have forgotten. Kay is extremely sweet and welcoming. Honestly the best host! My daughter and I are so grateful for you Kay!

Great place to stay

My husband and I loved the house we stayed in at the end of April. We went for a short anniversary stay, and we loved it. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and quiet place to stay. We love visiting Hot Springs and do not mind driving into the Central Ave area.

Our stay was a pleasant experience. The house is lovely & in a convenient location. The sunroom is especially enjoyable in the morning while drinking coffee & listening to the birds singing. The host is phenomenal & extremely accommodating. Great communication & goes above & beyond to make the stay enjoyable.It’s a great place to unwind. I will definitely be coming back to this accommodation.

Fabulous accommodations!!

Our Vrbo could not have been better! Beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean. Soap, towels, water, snacks all provided. Would give 6 stars if possible. Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful place to stay. I would totally recommend staying here. They has drinks in fridge and snacks along with small trial size things that you might have forgotten. Like tooth brush, paste, shaving cream. She was very welcoming and accessible if we needed her.

We loved our stay at Kay's delightful Hot Springs home. We greatly appreciated the snacks and toiletries that she left for us. We enjoyed the the sun room and the birds that visited each day, especially the cardinals. We felt welcome from the beginning and recommend this house to anyone traveling to the Hot Springs area. Hot Springs/Sunroom

Out weeklong stay far exceeded our expectations. The host was very friendly and helpful,, and the property was well maintained. She even had snacks available which my husband loved. I usually pack everything but the kitchen sink when taking extended trips, this was unnecessary staying here because she thought of everything. Definitely an enjoyable experience and I would highly recommend!

Very Comfortable and Welcoming

We thoroughly enjoyed our accommodations at Kay's "charming Hot Springs Home". It was the perfect location to experience the total eclipse. The home was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. Kay is so thoughtful providing drinks, snacks, and toiletries. We loved the town of Hot Springs and all its history. We would not hesitate to recommend this home rental to anyone. Thank you Kay for making us feel welcome and your attention to detail!

Such a beautiful and relaxing home that had everything we needed for an enjoyable weekend.

Kathryn was very responsive and since she had lived there for over 30 years, had great advice on places to take in while in Hot Springs. I accidentally left my headphones and Kathryn shipped them to me at no charge, truly an amazing host with an amazing property. The sun room was my favorite chill spot. :)

An amazing house

I absolutely loved this house , it was very clean , loved all the special touches of the goodie baskets that were on the table and In bathroom ! The lady Kathryn was the sweetest, she likes to call make sure everything is ok and understood about the rental a day or two before your stay and she takes the time to get to know you ! My husband and I and the two kids had a wonderful visit to hot springs and had a wonderful house to come back to !!! This house is definitely spacious and worth it !

Absolutely delightful

Kay was an incredible host from beginning to end. From a pre-trip phone call to welcome us into her home, a text upon arrival, and a farewell on our last day.Goodies on the table with a personal card are the special touches from a special host. The home is equipped with everything you’ll need, but most importantly, it was clean upon arrival. We’re grateful for our time in Hot Springs, and look forward to when we get to enjoy this wonderful home again.
