Spectacular House on Lake Hamilton

A beautiful 3 bedroom lake front house that sleeps up to 12. The house has 3 full bathrooms, abundant outdoor space with fireplace, an incredible kitchen, and full access to Lake Hamilton with a private dock.

INDOOR LIVING
The inside is spacious to comfortably house 12 guests. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, two stoves, refrigerator, and a mini-fridge. Kitchen also has pots and pans, baking sheets, utensils, regular coffee maker and Keurig-style.

OUTDOOR LIVING
The house is situated on beautiful Long Island with a large outdoor area perfect for entertaining and family reunions. The house has a beautiful private dock, where you can tie up your boat. The house is perfectly located close to dining, shopping, Oaklawn racetrack, and all Hot Springs amenities.

ENTERTAINMENT:
Equipped with fast Wi-Fi and Roku Smart TVs for logging into your streaming accounts or watch the Roku channel app. (no live cable tv provided)

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Bedroom 1 - queen bed, 2 bunk beds (5 beds total)
Bedroom 2 - king bed w/ en-suite bathroom
Bedroom 3 - king bed w/ en-suite bathroom

Guest access
Guests have complete access to the entire house, flagstone cabana area, and boat dock (guests can only use one boat slip).

There is another Airbnb house on the property.

There is Maximum of 3-4 parking spots available. If you need more please contact the host.

No Loud Parties- Noise Ordinance in Place (10pm - 7am)

Please Respect Neighboring Unit

There will be a $100 pet fee. If Guest bring a pet, we ask that you notify Host that a pet will be on property. If Host is not notified, and there is evidence of pet on property, Guest will be charged accordingly.

Wonderful place!

3 night getaway with scenic view, close distance to stuff to do, and enough room for everyone to spread out. Outdoor gazebo and porch were our favorites. If traveling with older persons who use cane or walker, know there are some multi level surface areas in the house and on patio. My 75 year old mom uses a cane but did fine!

Good Home

The house is very nice and clean. The only issues I had is with the sinks had a slow drained and not getting response for my question from the host in the message section of the vrbo app. Other than that I had great experience. There is plenty of parking on the property. There is a very nice view of the lake.

Improving

Showers are amazing! Location is always good in that neighborhood. Cleaning lady had told owner there wasn’t any dish cloths and paper towels so they sent some over. We didn’t realize until later that night there was not a single bath rag in any of the three bathrooms. The kitchen didn’t have hand towels nor oven mitts, I went out to buy these items and a few other things to leave in the home. The kitchen chairs really need to be tightened up, they are really loose. All of this is a simple fix! The vent cover in the kitchen does not sit well over the vent and was tripped over several times. This property will be a prime rental after the kinks are worked out.
