  • Sibley Bell tent 2 on 600+ square foot deck overlooking a beautiful canyon with high rock walls. This is the Sibley 600 Twin Ultimate tent, 258 sq ft. 13.12 x 19.68 ft, 10' ceiling, This is an amazing tent!

    Ready for an amazing unusual experience? Make where you stay the most unique and fun experience, for that vacation you worked so hard for all year! Check out our other camping / RV search for 'EvansCliff'.

    Queen size bed, daybed, cots available, reading chair, BBQ Grill (with side burner), Fridge, Wifi. On the deck, we have a large privacy room with shower, sink and toilet. Accessible from the 2nd tent entrance, or a door to the deck, so you don't have to go thru the tent.

    Enjoy everything from beautiful sunrises to amazing sunsets.

    The tent is in a secluded area in the trees above a canyon, but still easy to get to with a car and well hidden from the main house.

    We are constantly making improvements and coming up with new ideas... so please mark us as a favorite and come back often to see whats new!

    Just 5 beautiful winding canyon miles from Hot Springs.

    This site is pet friendly with a $30 pet fee... please select a pet during your search or at check out.

This was a fantastic place to stay while we were heading back home. It had absolutely everything we needed and was our kids’ favorite spot! The host was very responsive and friendly.

The stay at the Sibley Two tent was amazing and would definitely find us staying there again. The views were beautiful and being in nature was exactly what we wanted. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we hope to see you again.

Wade and Patricia have a created a beautiful and peaceful escape at Evan’s Cliff. From the well-maintained outdoor kitchen and shower, to the cozy tent and ample seating throughout, this quiet respite upon the cliff is a must try in Hot Springs!

The property couldn’t have been better. It was clean and exactly as the listing described. The host provided a book with information into the area including food, attractions and close by hiking that was walking distance if you didn’t want to drive but still wanted to get out. The host was very welcoming and allowed us to play fetch with their dogs and visit with the pet goats which added to the experience. The photos look amazing, the place is even better in person. It is on a cliff side so be mindful before traveling with young children.

Spectacular! This place was so great for me and my pup. I’ve never done a glamping situation but this was the perfect setup for folks wanted to be immersed in nature without the efforts of camping. We saw deer regularly on the property, and the views are gorgeous. Even the drive to the property was beautiful. Hottub was lovely, outdoor shower is amazingggg (recommend an evening shower under the stars!) and the bed was super comfy! Wade was super responsive the entire time and very kind. Would recommend this place to anybody and may just have to go back!
