This home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood and centrally located, to shopping, Oaklawn - Racing & Gaming and Downtown Hot Springs. You will find everything you need in this clean, updated, hidden gem! The living room is open and updated with modern furnishing. The kitchen/dining area is spacious and has everything you need to cook a meal. The outdoor area has a fenced in backyard and seating for 6. The master bedroom has a king size bed, on suite bathroom, and a large walk-in closet. It also has tv, with cable and Wi-Fi, and private balcony that overlooks the beautifully landscaped yard. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, with a walk-in closet. There is an additional guest bathroom in the hallway, to finish out this perfect couples or family getaway to Hot Springs.

Great house and location

We had a wonderful long-term stay at this charming home in Hot Springs. Everything was clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully prepared for a comfortable extended stay.The furniture throughout the house was cozy and we especially appreciated how comfortable the beds, pillows, and bedding were. The TVs were high-quality and easy to use, and the washer and dryer were excellent—much appreciated for a long-term stay!The garage was a nice bonus, and the location was perfect for our needs. We had easy access to the interstate, which made getting around simple, and it was just a short drive to the horse track. We were in Hot Springs while my daughter was working, and this rental provided a comfortable home base during that time.During our free time, we loved exploring the beautiful trails nearby—many were paved with flowing water alongside, making for peaceful and scenic walks. Downtown Hot Springs also offered plenty to do, from shops to restaurants and attractions, making it easy to enjoy the area whether or not we were at the horse track.All in all, this home was a great fit for a long-term stay, and we truly enjoyed our time in Hot Springs. Highly recommend!

Hot Springs getaway

Beautiful home. This house was in a great location. It has a nice fenced in backyard for our dogs. Beds were very comfortable. Easy access to all Hot Springs has to offer. Would definitely stay here again.

Over priced

The home was beautiful, and the house was very clean! The host was awesome. The kitchen was lovely and had everything we needed. We didn’t like the 100.00 cleaning fee. I think half should be refundable if the house was left in perfect shape. We did just that, and I understand people who trash it. For the price we could have stayed in a 5 star hotel. The problem was both beds were super hard. The couch was sprung and hurt to sit in. All the other furniture was awesome. We love the patio. I think if those three items were more comfortable it would have been a perfect stay. We enjoyed the house don’t get me wrong. Just uncomfortable to sit or sleep in for that price. I wish the owner to take this as an opinion and not a bad review. She was pleasant and the house smelled wonderful when we walked in. Thank you for your hard work. I’m sure it’s hard to run this place. We believe in respecting someone’s home so we treated it like our own. Thanks for the stay! I bet it will be better next time!

Wonderful cottage in Hot Springs

We really enjoyed this property. The tightly fenced yard was a great perk for our fur babies. The house itself was in a nice neighborhood close to everything in Hot Springs. I would definitely stay here again!

Good if you are traveling with dogs!

This property has a nice fenced backyard on a wooded slope -- very nice for anyone staying with dogs. There were two large dogs in the neighbor's yard, and they did bark, but seemed friendly and didn't cause problems. You can access the yard from the kitchen door, and there is a great patio area too, plus two porches (not in the fenced area, however). The house is spacious, beds are huge, kitchen and bathrooms super nice. I stayed here in order to hike at the national park, which is only a few minutes away. Great property, would book it again.

quiet comfortable

it was 110 deg outside and the house was comfortable, quiet. They were doing what looked like upgrades or work on the house, it did not effect us or change what we did. Overall I would stay again there again.

Can’t Wait to Return!

We popped in to Hot Springs for a spa day and dinner downtown, and this lovely cottage was EVERYTHING we needed and more. Lots of yard space for our pups, comfy furnishings throughout, and being able to pull the car into a garage was a huge plus. We will be back for a longer stay soon!

Great Location with a Secluded Feel

The location feels secluded, but close enough to downtown to be convenient. It is exactly what we were looking for. The house felt cozy, was quiet, and was very clean. It was a comfortable place to return to after a busy day in Hot Springs. My only complaint about the home is that the kitchen was poorly stocked. The basics to use the kitchen were missing. There were a limited number of dishes, like bowls to mix pancakes or scrambled eggs, or even salt and pepper. We like to eat in just as much as we like to eat out, but we were forced to have most of our meals out because of the expense it would take to stock the kitchen for use. Overall I would say this is a great place to enjoy time in the area. They take care of the property and are easy to communicate with.

Comfortable Home in Hot Springs

We enjoyed our stay in this home. It was a great setup for the two of us and our dog. The home was exactly as described and quite comfortable. Winston even made a few friends along the fence line. We would stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Palmwood Stay

We visited Hot Springs Wednesday - Saturday. The house was very cozy and comfortable inside and out; we enjoyed hanging out in the fenced back yard with our puppies. The neighborhood was very quiet, except for our little pups.

Really nice, quiet place

We've been through Hot Springs a few times, and this is the cleanest, quietest place we've stayed. The owners are quick to respond and made the whole process easy. I would definitely stay here again and recommend you do, too!

Very clean

The property was very nice and clean. The king bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. However, the room was a little hot and it would have been nice to have nightstands next to the bed. My husbands c-pap machine was difficult to use. The lighting in the master bath was very poor. I couldn't see well to put on my makeup. The plastic vent cover on the floor (right in front of the toilet) was broken. Our room also had a door that went out to a separate deck but we couldn't get the door unlocked to go out there. The kitchen was nice. It does need to be stocked better...four people for two nights and only 5 cups of coffee. There was a bag of whole coffee beans but I couldn't find a grinder. I guess I should have brought my own. We needed a large mixing bowl but couldn't find one. The 2nd day, we found larger coffee cups in the dishwasher. They were clean, we just didn't know they were there at first...used the tiny ones first day. The property manager was very nice. She let us park our vehicle and drop our luggage off early.
