Enjoy Lake Life on Lake Hamilton and all the exciting activities Hot Springs has to offer!
This cute, clean and comfortable condo offers wonderful water views from the large balcony and accommodates up to 6 guests with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a sleeper sofa .
The spacious master bedroom has a private bathroom and direct access to the balcony.
The open kitchen and living area features a fireplace and wet bar with beverage fridge.
There is also a separate balcony for cooking on the electric grill.
A covered boat slip and a personal watercraft pad is available to our guests, along with the Farr Shores community boat ramp, swimming pool and tennis courts.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this VRBO on Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs, Arkansas. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The space felt fresh, comfortable, and clearly cared for, which made it easy to relax right away.The view of Lake Hamilton was truly beautiful—peaceful, scenic, and perfect for enjoying morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. Whether inside or outside, the setting made the whole experience feel special.Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay. It had everything we needed, was spotless, and offered an incredible lakeside atmosphere. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

We really loved this property it was perfect for us all. My mother loved the balcony looking out over the lake. My granddaughter loved the pool. It was very clean and nice. Close to downtown but also very peaceful. Highly recommend this condo. Me and my family will be back. The host is very sweet and quick to get back to you if you need anything.

I was hoping for a closer lake access for kids. I didn’t realize this was geared towards boat owners.The pool had these flying ants on our last day. Even other condo owners were shocked by how many that were in the pool. I expected better from cleaning crew. Dirty dishes, dusty, hair in sheets. I made this trip work, I was just disappointed with those things.

Great quiet location on Lake Hamilton

Property was very clean and just what we were looking for on the weekend. The covered boat slip was perfect for our fishing boat. The private boat ramp was great. Very close to Garvan Gardens. Short boat ride to Fisherman’s Wharf where we pulled into their dock. Property manager responded very quickly to the one question we had. We’ll be back!

Beautiful view

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was peaceful and quiet. The condo is very comfortable. Nice decor and very roomy. The balcony is large and the view is perfect. Property owner was extremely nice and helpful. I recommend this condo if you are ever in Hot Springs. Dedicated boat slip is a plus!

The property was nice Loved the view of lake from condo, was nice to sit on balcony, pool was nice, beds were comfortable, short drive to hot springs and neighboring parks and garden! Rented a boat for day was nice to be out on Lake. Would stay again! The Hostess responded immediately when I called her.

The most beautiful morning and evening lake views. Price was great. Condo was not fancy but very nice which is exactly what we were looking for. Check in and check out was very easy and convenient. I highly recommend this place!

Week @ Lake Hamilton

The condo fit our family of 4 perfectly! It was spacious, well-appointed, and clean. The view from the back patio was wonderful, and the pool was close and refreshing. We were able to spend time on Lake Hamilton but also close enough to visit Lake Catherine to see The Falls, view Anthony Chapel, and fish on Lake Ouachita. We will definitely be back!

Nice Little Condo

Great little condo and we had a great time! A few notes: - we stayed in June and the water near the ramp/dock is extremely shallow in parts. Like 1-3 feet deep in parts. It was navigable, but just be very careful and take it slow. - The slips are numbered.. but they are numbered on the ground in the dock. You'll need to walk by land to find your number before you launch/dock. There are no numbers facing the water.

Weekend Getaway

From the moment you walk in, the view is amazing. It is quiet and peaceful. Sitting on the deck, listening to the birds and visiting with friends is perfect here. Hope to stay here again, soon.

Overall clean and just what we needed for a weekend stay. I agree with a previous review… in serious need of new furniture and bedding and I’ll add painting. We really enjoyed the deck and the smart TV’s.

Hamilton Lake Getaway

This condo was very well decorated and very clean. The view from the balcony over the lake was fantastic. Very relaxing looking across the lake, even saw an Eagle. The directions from the owner were spot on and the entrance information was perfect.
