Casa frente al lago con gran terraza, grandes ventanales, techo de sala de estar de 15 pies con un gran espacio que incluye muchos asientos, camas cómodas, bañera de hidromasaje. Podrá disfrutar de aproximadamente 3000 pies cuadrados de espacio en la casa. Barrio residencial tranquilo con puerta de seguridad. Elementos básicos de cocina y baño adecuados para que su estadía se sienta como en casa. Esta casa de 3 dormitorios y 2 1/2 baños está aproximadamente a 10 minutos del centro. Lavadero independiente. Amplias habitaciones. ¡2 torretas para relajarse o disfrutar del paisaje! Televisión por cable en salón y 1 habitación y WIFI. Muelle privado si tiene un bote más pequeño que le gustaría traer. La barcaza de fiesta es solo para nuestro uso personal. Debe tener 25 años para reservar. No hay fiestas o eventos. Cafetera de 12 tazas y una taza, licuadora, tostadora. Puede usar mis especias, etc. para cocinar. Parrilla de gas ubicada fuera de la cubierta. Almohadas y mantas adicionales si es necesario.

We had a really good overall stay. The house layout was very interesting: incredibly large king bedrooms, massive closets and bathrooms. It would pose a problem if we were not family to share a shower, and though. The kitchen has all the minimal necessities and we made most breakfasts and lunches there. We really enjoyed the swimming dock and the area; located in a quiet cove looking out at a main part of the lake in Hot Springs. The outdoor space was extensive with plenty of large windows and decks surrounding the property. Check-in was relatively simple and there is a privacy gate from the street.

Check in was easy and effortless. We had an amazing time and utilized the swim deck to its fullest. The stairs off the deck made getting in and out of the water very easy. The layout of the house is a little quirky but we enjoyed the space. Kitchen has everything you might need. We would definately visit this location again.

Perfection

I can’t give enough positive feedback about this property. It was the perfect location on the water with easy access to the water as well as easy in/out for Golden Retrievers who love to swim. Lots of shady areas outside with a deck overlooking the lake. The home is full of character and we enjoyed its spacious lay out. Kitchen was well equipped. We did not want to leave!

Sisters weekend

Our stay at your house was very relaxing and pleasant… beautiful home. The only negative was when we went to use the grill it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. It was really useable . The host was attentive and very easy communicate with.

Wow!!!

Don't know where to start. This property is one of the best experiences we have ever had. Serene, quiet, peaceful, tranquil are just some of the ways to describe it. We have made many trips to Hot Springs and usually stay in a condo. Will never do that again! Thank you Catherine for allowing us the use of your beautiful home. We will definitely be back!

Weekend get away

I had a quick weekend get away for my 40th birthday. The property was a good location. The back yard was beautiful with big trees for shade and a nice dock on the lake with table and chairs. We loved the big kitchen and living room.

Wonderful Experience

The home was beautiful and was a perfect place to relax with it being on Lake Hamilton. Home was clean, check in was easy and the host Catherine was great to work with. Wonderful lake house in great location!

We had a great time at this lake house . If you are renting a boat or bringing one , this house has a great location and close to restaurants on the lake . We had a blast ! We loved the night lighting for coming in late on boat and night fishing on swim platform ! Had a blast Thanks Catherine

Tanglewood review

The house was great, some updates needed but it was clean and spacious. The only thing I would suggest, the outside decor from the old faded fake plants need to be replaced and the outside furniture was dirty. decks etc were dirty and had to be wiped down. The swimming deck was awesome, and the perfect spot for a relaxing weekend getaway.

Big house on the lake

It's a wonderful house that presents beautifully on the inside. Easy access to swimming. Very cool AC. If there is anything I would improve is a new TV for the living room. We would definitely stay there again.

Best Vacation spot.

We were able to rent the Crain home on Tanglewood for a week. We have 3 boys 14, 18, 22 & my father in law along with my wife and I. The location on lake Hamilton was not far from the places you can drive your boat to for dinner or gas however far enough off the main channel to swim and fish without being rocked to death by waves. The cove we were in is beautiful and quiet. There home is very large but cozy and allowed everyone to have some space without being packed on top of each other. The floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors gave you a spectacular view of the lake from a comfy chair. The wraparound back deck was inviting and had lots of shade and allowed us to sit and cook outside comfortably. On one side of the deck hangs over a small part of the lake so you could even fish from right outside the house if you wanted to. During the prime season it is a little expensive however for what you get I can certainly understand the price. The wifi is not the best but it was adequate for us. We were not able to really watch TV due to a box issue and the color of the picture & sound was off and were told it was due to the box. I have no doubt they will have those problems taken care of. They suggested we swap with the other tv but I didn’t want to make a problem for our boys because I would of had to take the one they were using. Also there is no tv in the master bedroom but to be honest we didn’t miss it. You are completely fenced in with a electric gate and feel safe.

100% relaxed and sunkissed

The house is sitting in a cute and quiet cove. The view from the kitchen/ living room is nothing short of perfect. You are literally a few steps away from sunbathing on your own private swim dock. Is the interior layout of the house a little odd? yes.. but we loved it anyways! Having all the sliding pocket doors to block off everyone from each others room and living space was awesome! We were traveling with our adult chidren(old enough to be adults but not married off yet) and our elderly Maltipoo dog & the space fit our needs as is. The location on the lake was perfect. A quick boat ride to restraunts and it felt centrally located to the lake so it was easy to explore all the lake has to offer and find our way back with no problem. I 10 out of 10 recommend renting this lovely lake house. Catherine was so easy to contact and talk to. She even answered all my questions almost immediately after sending a message to her! Top notch service!
