Place is nice and cozy. Could use some minor things, like a shower caddy, comfy couch, oven mitt, and baking sheet. Other than that, it's in a great location, near parks, casino, horse race track (literally down the street), and minutes away from Bathhouse Row, where all the fun, shopping, hiking, and restaurants are located.

Everything was perfect except nights. We couldn’t sleep because the HVAC unit was attached to the wall outside the bedroom and when it kicks in it is ridiculously loud. It woke me from sleep all night but I was awaken in complete fear as it was that loud. When the door to the bedroom was closed it made the humming sound so loud(like driving in a car with the back window down). Other than this issue, the rental was gorgeous.
