Nice place with a Nice view

This place surprisingly fit a large number of people and it had a really nice view. Access to the lake was cool alongside quick access to everything in town.

Stunning!

House was amazing!!! Very clean, description was accurate, view was even more spectacular than what the photos show, kitchen was very well stocked, neighborhood was amazing, nothing about this house disappointed. The best vrbo house I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in quite a few. We plan to rent this one again for our yearly girls trips.

Hot Springs trip

We enjoyed the property, the description was accurate. Kitchen was well stocked. The kids enjoyed swimming in the lake. The house was off the beaten path but we enjoyed that and it was real close to main roads that you could get anywhere in a short amount of time. We did have an issue with the washing machine plumbing but owner got on issue right away and had it fixed right away.

Family bachelorette trip

The property was very pretty, updated, and clean! The two king rooms were very spacious, one upstairs and one downstairs. The other two rooms were very functional. The open floor plan of the living area and the kitchen was perfect for our group of eight to lounge and eat and play games together at the big table. My only complaint was for eight girls getting ready with only two bathrooms. Lots of sleeping space, but would be nice to have another bathroom area. The outside deck area was beautiful as well.

Clean & Charming Rental!

We absolutely loved our stay! We have two young children, 3 and 5 years old, and it couldn't have been an easier. The owners have truly through of everything. The home was well stocked, even toys and games for my kids. We loved the backyard and deck for grilling out and playing. Not to mention the views are awesome! I'm a clean freak and always worry about the level of cleanliness when I stay somewhere, this far exceeded my expectations. We will definitely be back!

The home was everything advertised and very clean which is a priority for me and my family Our contact person answered each time I needed to call....(impressive) we enjoyed the property. There was a water back-up in the downstairs bathroom on our last day but we were on our way home so I notified our contact and I am sure it will be taken care of

Great Family Vacation

This property is excellent. It has everything you will need - it is so well appointed. And the access to the lake is wonderful ... we spent time every day in the water. We did bring floaties - you can touch the bottom of the lake, but it is slimy. This house was extremely clean, and you can tell that the owners take pride in their rental. You are 15 minutes from everything ... we went hiking, gambling and shopping :) We would definitely go back. Thank you!!

Great place.

Very impressed with the property and location. Only 14 mins away from downtown. Hayes grocery is 4 mins away and has most everything. You are right on the water and its beautiful. Only issue we had was we had to buy towels because we were provided only 1 towel per person per day. No extras if we needed them. They did have a washer and dryer if you dont need extras then just wash them daily.

Amazing Rental

I have stayed in several rental properties over the years, and this one matched EXACTLY to the pictures. Oftentimes, you visit a spot, but the pictures are not always a great representation of the rental. This was not the case this time around. The home was very clean, had everything we could need, and the host was there to answer all of our questions in a timely manner. This rental has spacious bedrooms, a large dining table which accommodated our large group nicely, lounge chairs and a picnic table down by the water, lots of additional outdoor seating, and is a place I would visit again and again. It was relatively close to everything that we wanted to do. It was about an hour away from the Diamond Crater State Park, 15 minutes from Garvan Woodland Gardens, and there were plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and other shopping within just minutes of the property. If you are thinking of visiting Hot Springs, this is the place to stay!

Perfect Getaway House on the lake.....

So if you're looking for a house on the lake in Hot Springs that will NOT disappoint....stop looking now and just go ahead and book this beauty!! In addition to its gorgeous view, it is perfect for visiting with friends (or family) with an amazingly well appointed kitchen and comfy beds. My college friends of more than 50 years had a long weekend at this home and were not disappointed in any way. We even brought extra essentials (toilet paper, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, etc) that have been necessary with previous rental properties but were totally unnecessary with this home. We had fun playing games at the kitchen dining table while enjoying the lake view as well as visiting with each other on the comfortable couches and chairs in the living room. And HUGE kudos to Cory for responding to each and every text with lightning speed and for being so accommodating. We give this home on the lake a big 5!!!

Great Experience

My family of 6 (2 adults 4 children aged 9, 6, 4, and 4) and my mother (grandma) stayed 3 nights at this property. Upon arrival we noticed a beautiful personalized embroidered dish towel that they made us. I found that to be extremely kind. I’ve never experienced anything like that. There was also a detailed information packet that told us about nearby attractions, restaurants, and medical services should we need it. The house was immaculate and looked to be newly renovated. The beds were very comfortable. The house is located on a quiet street and the yard had plenty of space for my kids to play. We even chatted with the neighbor who was very friendly, There was beautiful outdoor furniture to enjoy your lake view. We cooked every meal in the house so the double oven, nice grill, plethora of kitchen ware and multiple coffee makers came in handy. The location was great. We were no more than 30 minutes from everywhere we visited (Botanical Gardens, Lake Catherine State Park, Alligator Farm, Downtown Hotsprings Grand Promenade) The owner checked in on us to make sure our stay was great. We are always looking for places to fish. We saw many fish in the lake in the backyard and my husband and kids were able to fish off the back. There were smart TVs in the living room and 3 out of 4 of the bedrooms. There is plenty of comfortable seating in the living area which we loved while having family movie night every night. They even had an extensive LEGO set which my kids loved! They had some family games in the laundry room as well. We did forget a few things, but not to worry. There was a grocery store right down the street. They had a Nest thermostat that was very easy to operate and there were ceiling fans in every room. There is no direct access to a bathroom through any rooms. There are 2 rooms upstairs that share a bathroom and 2 downstairs that share a bathroom. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

This house was one of the best homes I've stayed at in all my years of using VRBO! Very clean and perfectly situated on Lake Hamilton. We brought kayaks and used them daily, utilized the fire pit for conversation and s'mores and explored Hot Springs and the national forest. As another reviewer mentioned, only one towel per guest (9 of us) was provided but we used the washer/dryer/provided laundry soap to accommodate. We had a toddler with us so the large wrap around deck proved to be a lifesaver. The kitchen was HUGE and made it so easy to navigate multiple cooks at one time. Truly enjoyed this place and would definitely stay again!

Great house in a beautiful cove

We had a great week in this beautiful cove. The house was perfect for our family of eight. It was clean and seemed all new inside. The brand new deck was awesome and overlooked the backyard and out to the cove. The wall of windows along the back makes the view even better. The owners thought of everything, from any kitchen utensil you might need to tons of games for us to play, inside and out. We will be back!

Beautifully updated home with the most amazing view

My family (2 adults + 2 kids + 2 grandmas :)) stayed in this home the week of June 7th. We loved our stay! The house is beautifully redone and very well appointed - it is so refreshing to arrive in a rental home and not have to run out immediately for TP, paper towels, etc. We cooked just about every night and the kitchen is so well appointed, it was like cooking in my own home. The house sits right on the water in a protected cove with a lovely view The kids could swim or float directly from the dock, or play in the large yard overlooking the water. The house has beautiful windows all along the back so regardless of where you're sitting to have your morning coffee (or evening wine) you are treated to a lovely view. The neighbors are lovely and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a getaway! Note - if anyone is curious on bedroom configuration, upstairs hosts a queen bedroom and a king bedroom, and downstairs has a king bedroom and a room with three beds (we used it for the kiddos).

4 adults, 4 teens stayed comfortably The kitchen was amazing. I wish mine at home was more like it. The outside space allowed for plenty of fun. If we head back to Hot Spring, we would rent again.

Lovely place

Really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful lake view, and the house was roomy, clean, and well supplied. Beds were especially comfortable, and the property manager was a great communicator. Great experience, and would love to return in the future.

Calming Experience

We had a great time. Everything was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. If I could make a suggestion, it would be to make it more disability friendly but it was a great experience, The house was beautiful. Sitting on the deck looking at the water had the calming effect we all needed. Outstanding!

Amazing lake house

This property is amazing. It was so clean and just like the pictures showed. We had a family vacation and had plenty of room for everyone. Check in process was so easy and the neighbors were so friendly! Book this lake house. You won’t be disappointed. Would definitely book this place again!

Wonderful Vacation!

My family of 9 (6 adults and 3 children) stayed for 5 nights. It’s a beautiful piece of property. The house is so beautifully remodeled and decorated. It's so very warm and welcoming . Love the kitchen and all of the accommodations. Loved every morning sitting outside drinking our coffee. We enjoyed the water swimming. My son brought his boat, and took the kids and all of us on the lake. The neighbors next door are so very sweet and helpful . Our host Leigh Ann was so very helpful and sweet, loved talking to her .
