Master Suite (Upstairs): Spacious room with a king-size bed, stunning lake views, and a washer/dryer in the walk-in closet.

Our host was very attentive. The house is great. It's close to restaurants, activities, entertainment, etc. It's a very quiet neighborhood. At night it's so peaceful. The downstairs being separate from upstairs was great for us (we traveled with our two teenagers so they had their privacy and we had ours, when needed). We would definitely recommend staying here and we're already working on booking our next visit next year.

There is a BIG difference staying at VRBO or “the other one” being managed by a professional vs. just someone trying to rent out their place. The care and consideration that went into the space and amenities is apparent from the check-in process to the make-up towel. The instructions for all the devices were super helpful, and though we had some user error on the AC/Heat everything was clear and an easy transition from home.The kitchen is impressively equipped with modern appliances and the cookware, flatware and dishes needed to cook a large meal. We didn’t get a chance to use it for more than eggs but I could have easily made every meal in-house.The outside area is beautifully landscaped, plenty of grass for the pups, and the lakeside dock and boardwalk are beautiful places to watch the Canadian Geese as the sun sets across the lake.Conveniently located in the middle of town both door dash, Instacart and Walmart delivery all deliver and all they need to know is that when they turn down the driveway it’s the house in the middle that has a 1 on the door. We had dinner at Fisherman’s Wharf one night and though I’d always thought this place was kind of touristy, the trigger fish and crab cakes were delicious, service was great, and the ambiance was beautiful.As a traveler with pets, finding suitable places that can accommodate can be challenging but the tile floor and easy access to outside make this a perfect place to stay. I would definitely stay here again!

This property is wonderful. It was our second time staying here. The location is perfect for our family. Close to marinas, restaurants, and groceries. We spent all day on the deck and in the water. It’s very clean and the owner is great! We will be back.

5 adults and 2 dogs spent 5 nights in this outstanding home on Lake Hamilton. We had brought floats and spent about 2 hours each morning in the water before it got too hot. When you look across the lake, you could be far from the busy world. Truth is, the grocery store is .7 miles away and there are restaurants even closer. It was nice and quiet. This house is one of the best equipped VRBOs we have ever rented. The kitchen has SHARP knives! Cabinets contained plenty of glasses, dishes and pots/pans. The closets have hangars. The WIFI even worked when you were relaxing in an Adirondack chair by the lake. YouTube TV was great. Everything was great. If I had one wish it would be for the other short people in the world. A step stool would have enabled me to open the blinds in the kitchen. And the dryer is pretty high too. We would stay here again.

Lakeside paradise

Such a beautiful setup! Perfect access to the lake in a quaint little cove. The hosts are extremely responsive and kind. We loved our weekend getaway as we have never been to hot springs. We will definitely return and hope this home is available. It is such a little piece of paradise.

Lake Life Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Walking in and just taking in the views set the tone of our stay. It was just so serene and relaxing. Hot Springs was a charming town with lots of character and a unique history. Our favorite though was the lake house. We loved hanging out on the deck watching boaters and playing board games.

Excellent Lake Hamilton escape

This is a fantastic lake front property! Well-designed, well-stocked, and very comfortable. It's an excellent choice for a family with older kids as the upper level with master bedroom is a separate entry from the lower level with two bedrooms. We will definitely stay here again if future travel brings us back to Hot Springs.
