Welcome to a beautiful one bedroom Lakefront Condo with ease of access to Anything Hot Springs. This top floor unit has been recently updated with all new furnishings inside and out. The view from the balcony is one of the best on lake hamilton, located in a quiet spot on the waters edge. This unit has a king size Purple 4 bed in the master bedroom and plentiful seating in the living room, with amenities galore, guest will be able to enjoy WIFI, a nice pool, nice lawn areas, high speed phone chargers and you are in a nice location on land and water!

This is a clean and cozy one bedroom unit. Guests will take 3 short flights of stairs to enter this unit (21 steps). There is a balcony outside with a table , egg chair and seating for guests to enjoy. There is a community charcoal grill in the grilling area on the lawn for guests as well.

Our king bed has an plush Purple 4 mattress with high thread count sheets for your ultimate comfort. We have 2 large screen 4k Smart TV`s- one in the living room and one in the bedroom - perfect for a movie night at home - both are connected to wifi and a streaming platform available for your login.

Our unit is stocked with all of the things you will need for an easy getaway, and has a fantastic view and access to lake Hamilton. Being right off of the desirable central Avenue area of Hot Springs, it makes for an easy and quick drive to most of the restaurants, activities, shopping and fun adventures - just minutes from Magic Springs.

Enjoy lake Hamilton right in the back lawn of this condo and explore all the activities the water has to offer. There are several marinas nearby to rent pontoon boats. Hot Springs marina, Kahana Bay marina and Gregg Orr marina. There are also several lake side restaurants on the water or take a nice sunset cruise down the lake.

Our condo is conveniently located in Hot springs just off Central Avenue, near Oaklawn racing casino resort and event center, Historic Down Town Hot Springs, Magic Springs, National park duck tours, lookout tower, Mid America museum, Northwood trails and all the gorgeous surrounding lakes, Lake Hamilton, Lake Degray, Lake Catherine, Lake Quachita, close to shopping, grocery, restaurants, entertainment, all within minutes drive of the condo

Our guests have the entire condo/balcony to themselves. The pool, boardwalk, docks, parking, lake hamilton access is communal and free for all guests staying at the condo. If you need a boat slip just please ask ahead of booking. This condo doesn`t have a boat slip included but we can probably get you one if we know in advance.
We do have a jet ski slip available.

There is a boat ramp next door at Willow Beach resort with a drop box for launch fees ($20) or other free ramps just a short drive away.

The key to access the pool area is on the fridge. Please return it to the fridge to avoid an extra lost key charge.

The pool is seasonal and only open during summer months.

You can park your boat trailer down by the boat ramp in the grass area beside it at your own risk.

Any questions you can text or email and I will try and answer as soon as I can between 7am and 10pm, please text when u arrive and text upon departure so we can activate the cleaning personal.

This condo is in a Serene neighborhood with prime location behind hot springs mall and in a very quite location on lake hamilton water front. Willow beach is very desirable, having ease of access to all restaurants and attractions Hot Springs has to offer, willow beach has plenty of parking, large lawn for cookouts or play area, beautiful view of lake Hamilton for sunrise coffee from your balcony or a nice sunset dinner, very nice waterfront pool and a long boardwalk with perfect lake views and a nice walk.

Hot springs has local Taxis, uber and lyft for transportation options.

This is someone`s home please treat it with respect and keep in looking nice.

We do provide a starter set of toilet paper, hand soap, drip coffee, filters, creamer and sweetner , bring your own bath soap, shampoo and etc.
This is a NON-SMOKING unit, A penalty of $150 will be charged for failure to abide by the NON-SMOKING POLICY !
