  • Lakefront Oasis is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Nestled in the Ouachita Mountains you will fall in love with our beautiful sunsets and just steps away from the water. This newly renovated condo boast a King bed and is right on the water's edge. Away from the hustle and bustle yet only minutes to all the attractions and beautiful downtown Hot Springs. Perfect location if you love the outdoors. So come and relax and enjoy all Lakefront Oasis has to offer.

    The space
    The pictures do not do the condo justice. It is newly renovated and totally updated with a comfortable mid century modern appeal.

    Guest access
    Guest have access to one reserved parking spot and additional guest parking just across from the condo. They also have acress to a boardwalk that spans the complex and 2 community grills.

It was a wonderful relaxing retreat. We enjoyed being close to everything we wanted to see but far enough out of the city that it was quiet and relaxing.

Nice rental

Nice rental at a reasonable rate. Enjoyed the quiet location. Great view out the patio door. Good kitchen that's nicely equipped. Only negative was limited closet and no dresser or a place for suitcases to sit.

Relaxing River View

The condo was very clean and cozy. It had a wonderful view of the river. The outdoor space was relaxing with a fire feature that added to the overall beauty of the view.

Perfect little spot

Easy to find and perfect little spot for our one night stay! Way better than any hotel! Super clean and bed was very comfortable! We got in late and loved they had two bottles of water for us! Thanks again!

We had a wedding Sat night needed a place for just the night. It was clean, very close to venue, convenient and great morning view of channel with coffee! Very accommodating in letting us do early check in to prep for wedding.

It was not too small or big, but just right. It was neatly organized. very well decorated.... Not too far from town, it was quiet (depending on who your neighbors were).

It was good except it was very difficult to open front door, outside patio light was out, under bed very dirty, smell inside was strong, A/C unit was a window unit on the opposite side of bedroom making it hot, cooking on stove was nearly impossible because no suction of air above, we had to open all doors to let smoke out, BBQ grill had remain of old burned charcoal , other then all of that it was good

Anniversary Trip!

The property is very clean and appeasing to the eye. It’s a little spot right off the water with an outdoor seating area perfect for relaxing. The property manager was very good about getting general information to us, but not the best at answering direct messages or questions. Other than that, everything was great and beautiful. Hats off to the kindest cleaning lady who did an amazing job preparing the space for us!

very quiet

We were headed back to Texas after a wedding in Tennessee and decided to stop for a few days of R & R. Condo was very clean. Plenty of towels. Comfy bed. I was a little concerned about to being too warm with only the window unit in the Living Room but it was comfortable. We travel with a fan so that helped in the bedroom. We loved Hot Springs and hope to visit again!

Lovely Condo - Hiccup Chocking In

We loved our stay - the condo is beautiful, very comfortable bed. It was a quick one night stay but we plan to return for a long weekend. Poor cell service made things difficult when we had a hiccup with check in (detailed email didn’t reach us) Our fault for not alerting the host before midnight when we arrived but with poor cell service we had to back track until we could get service to reach out for help. The host was very helpful once we reached her.
