Eclipse get together

Had a wonderful stay. Spent most of our time on the porch or down on the dock. Property had several chairs and was very comfortable just watching the water and visiting. The kitchen was very well stocked and grocery store was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.

Great place to stay!

We loved our visit. The property owner was very proactive in reaching out to make sure that everything was in order. The house was beautiful and was perfect for our needs. We also felt the location was ideal for us! We will definitely consider reserving again in the future.

First time in that neighborhood

We have a group that has been coming to Hot Springs for 25 years. Harv was very kind in communicating instructions for our stay and even with a Walmart driver mishap, torrential rain, tornado warning, and no Saturday races, we were able to have a good time.

Adequate space for large group

House is large with enough bedrooms and space for a large group, we had 6 adults. The amenities could be improved with working stovetop, comfortable beds and pillows. Needs a bit of a facelift overall. Lake is drained in Feb so not much to view.

Room to spread out

My husband and I had our family vacation with our 2 sons, 2 daughter-in-laws, and 2 grandsons (ages 2 and 3). This property had plenty of room for us to spread out; but, it also allowed us time to be together too! We all spent time down by the water and floated in tubes. This home was just minutes away from the Mid-Atlantic Science museum, Garvan Woodland Gardens, Bathhouse Row, a couple of breweries, groceries, etc. We loved the outdoor deck space to drink our coffee in the morning or a glass of wine or tea in the evenings. And, I cannot say enough great things about our host, Harv, who was so responsive to any questions we had!! Thanks so much, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

The perfect house for a girls getaway!

We just returned from a college "girls" getaway and this was a fantastic place for us to stay! There were plenty of bedrooms with comfortable beds, an ample number of chairs/side tables on the deck for visiting outside, and great areas for our indoor game playing! The kitchen was amazingly well furnished and there was also a large pantry which helped us keep things looking tidy in the kitchen (important to me!). To top it all off, we probably had the most accommodating host ever!! Harv went above and beyond to ensure our stay went well....and it did!! We will definitely be returning to this property for future get togethers! It is important to note if there are those in your party with mobility issues, there are stairs inside the home (to get to 2 of the bedrooms) and stairs getting in and out of the home. But this is stated plainly in the property description. Again, HUGE kudos to Harv, our host, and we DEFINITELY recommend this property!!

Spacious Home

My family of 10 enjoyed this spacious, well stocked, and conveniently located home during our vacation. The owners are awesome and communicated everything we needed to know prior to check-in and throughout out stay. I definitely recommend this home for your vacation to the area.

Senior Women Get Away

The house is large and roomy but the house on a hill is a little too much for the 70-80’s group . We made it ok though. It had been a while since it was cleaned and was dusty and last trash had not been taken out and a article of clothing was hanging on a hook in the closet. Dryer is slow drying and I got a lot of lint down in the dryer well. Should be vacuumed out and Vent cleaned good. Master closet light came on and off . Need some kind golf cart to get thing to and from the hose because it is so steep.. We enjoyed our stay

Lake House

The house was great. Spacious; enough room for everyone to spread out. We brought our boat and spent every morning fishing and every evening eating dinner at a restaurant on the lake. Kitchen was completely stocked with everything you could possibly need. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

Great Space

We enjoyed this place so much. The house was very clean, and well stocked. Beds were comfortable, enough space for the whole family to spread out. The drawback for us was the steep hill down to the dock and water. It was exhausting, need a golf cart to use for us older ones. Kids had a blast swimming in the cove. The neighbors are very friendly. Overall, we had a blast. Thank you for Sharing your lake house with us. M&T family

One of the best places I have stayed in hot springs.

My family enjoyed the house and didn't want to leave. My son enjoyed the balcony and the stairs and enjoyed fishing as well!!!!

A great, updated home for the holidays!

Our family came together for Christmas and this home was perfect for our time together. Every bed and sofa bed was full! There is plenty of space in this home for everyone to be together or separate into smaller groups and visit or be entertained. The drive is steep, but we had no problems. Everything we needed was there...even a Christmas tree:). The host was very friendly and accessible and attentive to any needs we had. It was the perfect place for our Christmas family get together!

Very nice home. Lots of in house cooking gadgets and plenty of fellowship space.

Overall very happy with property. Had an issue that was promptly taken care of. Lots of amenities included in the house that made the stay enjoyable. Home has good space layout for gatherings and for family to have games or gatherings. Would stay again if available when comes back. Recommend this house is good stay for the value.
