  • Enjoy this beautifully remodeled 3BR/3BA condo on Lake Hamilton with boat slip. Features include a huge master bedroom with luxury bathroom, open kitchen with solid surface countertops and stainless steel appliances, new flooring and paint throughout, new electrical and plumbing fixtures, and the list goes on. Multiple balconies with outstanding views of the lake!

    INDOOR LIVING
    Walk in and be greeted with a beautiful, modern esthetic in this spacious condominium. The open floorplan includes a large chef`s kitchen that flows into the main living space that flows out onto a balcony with beautiful views of the lake! The main level, which is located up a staircase on the second floor, includes a king bedroom w/ a private bathroom and entrance to the balcony. There is a bunkroom that comfortably sleeps 6 people, and a bonus room with TVs and games like air hockey and foosball! Upstairs is a private master suite with king bed, fireplace, sitting area, wet bar, bathroom and private balcony overlooking the lake!

    OUTDOOR LIVING
    Beautiful sunsets over Lake Hamilton can be enjoyed from both balconies. The lower balcony includes space for sitting and enjoying the view, or cooking on the gas grill. The upper balcony is a great spot that is only accessible from the master bedroom. There is a boardwalk that wraps the entire condo complex where it`s safe to swim and fish and enjoy the lake.

    KITCHEN

    TVs throughout the house! Both king bed rooms, living room, game room all have smart TVs (guests will have to log into their own streaming accounts).
    Wi-Fi throughout the home!
    Enjoy the air hockey and foosball in the game room!

    PARKING
    There is ample room to park multiple cars within the gated area of the condo complex.

    The entire condominium is a private home for your enjoyment! The complex is on a gated point and includes access to a boardwalk, boat ramp, and boat dock!

We had a wonderful stay at this quiet, friendly home. The accommodations were exceptionally clean and well cared for, making it easy to settle in and relax right away. The location was ideal—close enough to local attractions to be convenient, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and restful. It truly has a quaint charm that makes it stand out from more typical stays. The manager was attentive and responsive, ensuring everything went smoothly from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again.

Relaxing and Beautiful

The condo was spacious, with comfortable furniture and beautiful decor. The kitchen was stocked well and the bathrooms also! The beds were super cozy with nice bedding. We will definitely go back

Spring Breaking in Hot Springs

We have been staying in various condos for Spring Break with our kids for several years. This unit has topped the list of best ones we’ve visited. The space and comfort was perfect for our family.

“I had an incredible stay at lhe place! The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to yet quiet and relaxing. really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like [mention any personal touches, e.g., coffee, toiletries, guidebook]. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting the area and hope to stay again soon!”

Pristine lakefront condo

We had the best stay at this lakefront property! Everything was well stocked from kitchen appliances, spices, oils, keurig coffee… to bathrooms soap, shampoo, razor, toothbrush, tissues, hair dryer… to bedrooms amazing mattresses, blackout shades, extra blankets… to entertainment game room air hockey, foosball, and plenty of little kid board games and activities. My kids loved the giant bean bag! The upstairs suite is incredibly private and luxurious. We were so glad to have washer dryer. Really everything was so well thought of. And the lake views were dreamy! We will definitely be back!
