Great view, on the water

  • Located on Highway seven S. and on the main channel of Lake Hamilton , close to Oaklawn Race Track and Casino, marinas, restaurants, and Shopping. Two bedrooms and two full baths. Open floor plan so you can see the beautiful views that can be seen from kitchen, dining room, master bedroom, and living area. The split floor plan for the bedrooms offers privacy. The large master bedroom has a king size bed and a large walk-in closet. Large master bathroom with Sanna shower and rain shower built-in also has double vanities. Master bedroom also has an entrance to the balcony from the master. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and it’s own separate bath. There is a put out queen size sofa in living room. You will enjoy beautiful sunsets on the balcony. General information: the homeowners association has passed a ordinance saying that no boats are boat. Trailers can be parked on the property. But I do have property in Hot Springs where you can park your boat or trailer for a small fee, you just need to let me know if you need to bring one.

Great house! It is right at the lake. Lovely decor, comfortable beds, amazing balcony and overall amenities. Would love to come back again.

This property is absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. It looks like the photos you see on line. The host Mr Nick responds immediately if needed. I love the small things like shampoo and body wash in the shower and also the open floor plan. The Master bedroom is huge. If visiting Hot Springs this is truly the place for you. Thanks for being such a wonderful host.

Great View! Great Location! Comfortable beds! The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is the A/C. When we arrived on Friday it was set on 74 and I turned it down to 70. The temperature in the condo did not reach 70 until we were checking out on Sunday. We did not spend a lot of time there in the day so it wasn't unbearable at night but it definitely wasn't as comfortable as we are used to being. We had a great time!

The condo was excellent; we had the door to the balcony open most of the time, whether sitting outside or just enjoying the sounds of the lake. Everything we needed was provided. I would absolutely love to stay there again.

This was in a great location and was very nice. We didn't experience any issues, except the thermostat on the AC kept turning up by itself. We would stay here again.

Very comfortable condo on Lake Hamilton. Well stocked and clean for our 5 night stay. Located close to all area restaurants and activities. I highly recommend this property.

Great location!

This location is perfect. It’s located close to everything. We love the open floor plan that allows more space without feeling cramped in the Kitchen & LR. We enjoyed the pool along with fishing on the dock. Highly recommend!
