Walk to Oaklawn Resort! Reserved Box Available!

This charming Mid-century home was updated in 2020. This quaint and spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath home has 2,200 sq ft., new kitchen appliances, granite countertops, new living room furniture and a new large tiled shower. The covered patio is a wonderful area for chillin and grillin. The backyard features a new privacy fence, new covered patio, large sitting area, wood burning chimenea, and a Weber grill. In the Spring and Summer months the backyard is landscape with beautiful wildflowers, grape vines, fig tree and a large vegetable garden (please help yourself to anything that is ripe). Two smart TV’s with ATT Fiber 1000 for streaming your favorites shows and movies. The house has a spacious single-wide driveway that can accommodate 5 cars and outside security camera. During racing season we have a reserved box that can be purchased. Please contact host for more information.

You are just minutes away from ALL the FUN Hot Springs has to offer! Downtown shops and restaurants 2 miles away. Walk to Oaklawn!

Great place to stay

The home is a charming older property close to everything. Oaklawn was a half a mile away and Walmart less than 10 minutes away. The home was very clean. Everything you need is in the kitchen for anything you would like to cook! There are three bedrooms and two baths. The living room is very comfortable with cable and wifi. The back yard is perfect for grilling out. There is a charming little garden planted which is available for tenants if vegetables are ripe. We were very satisfied and would love to go again. The owner answers calls and is available.

Perfect location close to Oaklawn

This is a cute house that is the perfect size for families. There is a cool firepit area out back. I definitely recommend this VRBO. Also be sure Rockys for good pizza. Phils restaurant is great fir breakfast. Both are in walking distance.

Quaint Holiday Stay

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and spacious. It was in a fantastic location. Lori was a wonderful host. She made sure we had everything we needed and answered any questions promptly. We would highly recommend staying here and will be hopefully returning in the future.

Fantastic Property!!!!

This mid century home is absolutely pristine. The house is maintained by very caring owners and was extremely well equipped and clean. You can walk to the races! I will 100% be staying here again. I almost want to give this no stars just so I know it will be available the next time I come to Hot Springs!!!

Great weekend!

We had such a great weekend. The house was great and so close to the racetrack! We took the owners up on the seats at Oaklawn for a little extra. The owners left us some yummy snacks and were wonderful on communication.

Location, Location, Location!

Lori's house is within walking distance to the track which was amazing! We go with a group of friends every year and so far this has been our favorite location. There is a cute backyard patio which we used often. We had a wonderful trip and stay!
