Great beautiful house, location, and host!

We loved our stay at Ginny’s place. The location was beautiful and relaxing and the accommodations were perfect for our stay. Ginny was very proactive and easy to communicate with which made the stay effortless. We would definitely stay again

This is a great place to stay and felt at home in a clean, relaxing, and private setting.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. It’s a comfortable setting outside of town, has access to the river, and great hiking trail near the property. The owner gave great check-in instructions and followed-up to make sure we settled in.

The property was very nice just lack of communication on arrival other than that overall it was very wonderful peaceful and quiet do recommend going again they even made up for the lack of communication with an extra day stay I wouldn't give them five stars but they do get four stars

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the Riverwalk Studio. The property is beautiful. We really enjoyed the arts and crafts, fairy garden and all the dinosaur toys. The riverside was fun to explore. We were too scared to swim in the river, as the current was strong. And, there wasn’t an area that was easy to get in. The shower was really small. It would have been nice to have a washer/dryer. The most difficult part was taking our garbage and recycling with us. We drove for hours with garbage in our car. But, We are looking forward to staying again.

Cozy cottage

This is a sweet little studio overlooking the French Broad River. Ginny Lentz is a joy to rent with and has filled the studio with helpful hints on how to enjoy your stay.

Good location, quiet

Wonderful property. Shower is not for short people. Really small, can't get head and face out of the way of the water. Hair gets wet every time.

Magical weekend away

We had a wonderful time and found the RiverWalk studio to be as delightful as our first visit two years ago. Our children loved the fairy garden and arts and crafts that were available. The location is amazing with easy access to Hit Springs, falls, hikes, and more! The owner was highly responsive and added special touches like a bottle of Biltmore wine, freshly cut flowers, and family-friendly activities. We will be back again :)

October stay

the place could have been cleaner... Kuerig didn't work, bed very soft and low to ground. Small shower, glad for 1/2 bath downstairs. We were fortunate to have good weather except for Max Patch day, but we went and walked anyway! Just no view! beautiful place and cabin otherwise...

Absolutely Amazing Place to Stay.

Fantastic place to base your mountain adventure. Located on an isolated hill top far from anything, the only thing you can hear is the roar of the French Broad River below. You are in driving distance dozens of trailheads like Lovers Leap and SilverMine. You can go see Max Patch Bald. Both the Pisgah and Cherokee National Forests are nearby. There is a large grassy area down on the river below where you can fish, make a camp fire, or just watch the river roll on. The French Broad is a VERY strong river. Be sure you know what you are getting into before you get in. The owners have a basket full of directions and details on what to do nearby. And check out the custom Star Guide they made just for here. Some things to expect: You are going to wash your own dishes. There is no laundry. Pack Accordingly. You are deep in the woods, so there may be a few bugs. Visual entertainment options are limited. If you want a giant TV this isn't the place for you. Grocery Options in Hot Springs are some limited in the traditional sense. There are several locations to pick up local ingredients however. River Road is mostly unpaved. Opening and closing the Driveway gate is a strenuous affair for people of smaller stature.

Lovely woodsy home

This is truly a lovely property, but very isolated, 5+ miles off a highway. The was overall clean, however, there were ants in the kitchen and roaches upstairs in the bathroom, and downstairs.

Gem in the woods.

We loved our stay in Hot Springs. The house is so nice and tucked away for much privacy. We enjoying the board games the house has on our rainy evening. The only con is the wifi connection but we were there to unplug as much as possible.

Lovely, cozy stay. Very clean and quite relaxing. The king bed is unique but we found it incredibly comfortable.

Nice mt getaway!

Beautiful new property! Stocked with everything! Just be prepared to drive down a long three mile narrow gravel road. Don't come after dark. It's not marked great. We drove right by and into Tennessee. I was told to not come after dark but we couldn't get there earlier. Besides that, the kids loved it!
