Great access to downtown, Oaklawn, many shops or restaurants. Big back yard that's fenced in, and pet friendly house. King bed in master bedroom, Queen in another bedroom, and twin bunk bed in the third bedroom.



The Space:

Newly remodeled spacious house, that’s centrally located in Hot Springs! Lots of room to relax, watch TV, and spend time together in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. Pet friendly with fenced-in yard. Easy access to downtown bathhouses, Oaklawn, or many different restaurants. Kick back and watch shows or movies on the 65" smart TV in the spacious living room.

Great location & house was clean. Good communication. FYI- our GPS kept trying to get us to turn down the side street next to the house, driveway is not in that road it’s on Richard.

Google maps made this difficult to find for me. Needs more attention to kitchen and the towels smelled musty. The king bed was super comfy, as was the couch in the living room with the large tv. Really enjoyed the fenced yard for the dogs!

Well we liked the place, but my family was expecting a TV in all the Bedrooms, so was unhappy about that...the fact the door at the garage was open when we got there was not happy about that..and the placed smelled of mexican cookung.when we arrived plus flies were awful. Shpwer in master bath leaks. We did rwach out by twxt to owner never heard anything

Great for Family Trip

The house was located close to major attractions in a quiet neighborhood. The house is located on a hill, BUT the driveway has plenty of room to safely turn around so you do not back into traffic. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The backyard was fenced in and perfect for both kids and animals to safely play. The host was very quick to respond to questions.

Hot Springs - Richard

The house is old, which we understood, but needs updates and remodel. When we arrived, the temperature in the house was 78. Turns out the AC needed to be cleaned out; the owner did promptly contact a repairman to complete the work, however, it was late in the evening before the house cooled down. The house/yard was advertised as pet friendly, however, there was a pile of dead branches, the grass was already 4 inches tall, there was a pile of wood and metal in the corner and old sheds on blocks. It was not safe and our dog was always trying to get behind or under the shed and wood pile. Two garbage cans were out front and completely full when we arrived, and they were never emptied during our stay. The master bathroom sink was leaking; the drain pipe had become dislodged. And lastly, when we opened the coffee maker, there was old coffee in it and it was moldy.

Bad plumbing, no screen door locks, dishes dirty in cabinets, shower door lock broke, King and queen mattresses wore out, dryer don’t get hot.
