Wonderful. Amenities were great. Love the ease of the door code Enjoyed sitting on the front porch. Very quiet area And yet, very close to all sightseeing areas.

We were in Hot springs for softball tournament at Majestic park. This property is close to the park but keep in mind you have to drive through downtown traffic to get there. I didn’t get a chance to cook but it looked like the basics were available. The nugget ice machine was a nice touch! House was clean and as described. The clothes dryer did take a couple cycles to get clothes completely dry but not a big deal. We were thankful for the complimentary water on arrival! Town is close enough to walk if you are up for it and save the hassle of finding a parking spot and there is a water station along the way.

Our family would book this property again when staying in Hot Springs. It is settled on a quiet loop. When traveling with our children safety is key, and we felt very safe on this property. Although close to neighboring houses , they were very quiet with little coming and going and were very nice when we met them. The property was very clean with plenty of necessities- towels, extra blankets, a fully stocked kitchen with a great coffee selection, and toiletries. When we arrived , there was a battery in the home that needed replaced and someone was on property within 20 minutes to assist us. Communication with the owner was excellent.

This house is extremely cute and very comfortable. We will be staying here on our next trip. It is very well kept and fully stocked for your meals. The National park is right out the front door. It is very close to downtown and everywhere else we wanted to go. I HIGHLY recommend this property.

Great little house with everything my family of 5 needed. We loved having a bed for everyone. Made dinner one night and breakfast one morning. We also had a movie night where everyone had a comfortable spot to watch. If we come back to hot springs we will stay here for sure!

This is our favorite place to stay while in Hot Springs! We've spent multiple nights at this cozy home and honestly could not ask for more. The owners are absolutely amazing and have thought of everything you could need while staying. The beds are amazing! The location can't be beat!

We could not have been more pleased with our stay. We only booked for 1 night because we were in town as a vendor for the CVMA Ralley, but we would have loved to stay longer. Extremely easy access, great communication, very accommodating, and absolutely beautiful and comfortable place to stay. Plenty of showering products, bedding, kitchen ware... a super plus is EVERYTHING is updated. If you are looking for a place in Hot Springs, I HIGHLY recommend booking your stay here!

Woodsy National Park stay

Good place for a visit to Oaklawn or to see Bathhouse row in Hot Springs. Very quiet and mostly surrounded by forest. Owners did a great job furnishing this place as it is one of top 3 that we have stayed at in regards to the furnishing and matching everything. All new looking towels and kitchen equipment. Very comfortable place. You can fit two cars in the driveway.
